Probably not the smaller folks dealing in whole bitcoins, but at that level it would be Wall St. and investors like the Bitcoin Investment Trust or proposed Winklevoss ETF.
Nothing preventing people from trading in micro-increments of btc if the price gets that high.

It took BTC over 4 years to get to the price its at, with about the entire crypto marketshare for about 3 of those years. I don't see any Alt coin hitting its price in 1-2 years. Thats not to say that an Alt coin couldn't hit like $10/coin or something cool like that, but I'm not seeing $130 in the crystal ball right now. I'm a fan of ANC although I don't expect it to ever reach BTC levels.

Not many people take into account that there will (IMO) be SOME SHA-256 coin that becomes popular once all the current hardware becomes obsolete due to BTC difficulty going insane. (ex. ZET, ASC, OSC)
