I think you invest in ethereum and litecoin because they are trustable coins it grows faster this is my opinion in altcoin.
You will know the best altcoins for yourself if you learning by doing. Suggestions from anyone will not guarantee that it will works for you. So you will know the best altcoins with your experiences and keep update about crypto news or info.
It depend on your style of trading. You know , some guys trade liquid assets with margin, other prefer to buy low cap altcoins and so on. There is a wide range of strategies
I think this spectrum is very huge, but it’s perfect when they can be combined. This is when you can combine different assets and different types of trading.
I trade ONT/BTC, BTC/ONG, and vise versa.
These are good for short speculations.
If you want one alt to trade and you are a mature trader, advise ONT, as when BTC fall down it usually go up and falling when BTC gain price

in my opinion Altcoin is the best for us to invest in Ethereum ... because Ethereum has a large volume in all markets and ethereum also has a lot of interest and movement of coins so fast that we can get quick profits from the trading of ethereum coins ... and 1 again in my opinion it's DOGECOIN, but we have to save it for a long time ... and these 2 types of Altcoin have benefited ...

They still need to go back to the drawing board to learn the basis of cryptocurrency, most especially when it comes to investing in coins. Learning is a very essential part of crypto. This is where and how to get the knowledge needed.
Trading and investment are both different. The altcoins that are best for trading can't be the same altcoins that are best for investing. Almost any coin with good liquidity and volumes is good for trading like the dencoin tokens and for investing, you need fundamentals and undiscovered projects to invest with like the BTC and ETH.
for trade I chose BNB and INX with a surprising growth today. I myself have benefited from my trading today. for investment I might choose EOS and ETH. both of these platforms may be competing in the next year.
Trade the medium to smaller market cap coins and tokens for the highest profits. Those coins and tokens usually have some spread between the buy and the sell price quote. You can profit from that. Happy trading.
if you want to trade with the altcoin I agree that you use this altcoin ETH, BNB, DOGE, LTC, and Houbi Tokens. I have done this a lot of times and until now I always get big profits from some of these altcoins.

The coin which is suitable for long term investment may not be suitable for trading type because people invest on a coin with price stability but for trading it need to be more volatile then only we can make more profit.Ps. I am new in altcoins. Thanks in advance!
But if you are not having enough knowledge about which cryptocurrency is suitable for your kind of trading are investment then pick the coin with top-ranked market cap value which might suitable for both but not most profitable coin.
I do what is my habit and in my opinion it will definitely be profitable, and I still believe in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin to be traded.
