ETH, XRP and BNB are still in the bags. They are needed for transactions fees and other payments. It will be long term and accumulating more if there's a chance.
CRO - Crypto.com, Gala, and more are also for long term keeping. I am expecting a lot for this projects as I see they have been active at every social media and advertising space. It's a matter of time to when they will receive more value.
Those are my favorites for now in the altcoin section.

I believe what they say, if we really want to see our assets safe in the future there is no good investment except in bitcoin or ethereum. Since bitcoin is too expensive, I prefer to keep everything on ethereum without the slightest hesitation. I'm sure that among the many projects ethereum has the potential to be far more special, it makes me one step more confident than other projects.
You made the right choice because you really believe in ETH and I agree with you if we want to profit in the future then holding Ethreuem coin long term is the best solution, moreover so far ETH is one of the best coins out of thousands of other altcoins and has proven that it can provide greater returns especially for its holders, but coins like BNB and SOL also have strong potential and are likely to fetch slightly better prices in the future.

I only have that mindset of if I would invest other than Bitcoin, it would be Ethereum. I don't really want to risk it too much during this bearish market to just go and buy whatever coins are cheap out there especially that I really don't like getting myself involved with another shitcoin just like what happened to me back then.

PS: I had not yet bought any Ethereum.
Personally, I also think ethereum is the most recommended asset after bitcoin. however, I'll probably go with Ethereum and BNB for now. however, currently, the assets that I have are also only stable coins. I have sold some of my assets due to a need. however, I left a bit of BNB to hold on to, and I aim to add to it in the future. however, my current portfolio is Stable coins and BNB, it's just that the BNB I have is not so much for now.

If we talk about our protofilo for all time. The coins we held during all time we in crypto.

Then these were my holdings:
1. Eth (Still holding)
2. Avax (Still holding)
3. SOL (Still holding)
4. Mana (Still holding with regret)
5. Netvrk (Still holding with regret)
Also I sold some other coins like - Sand token. Crypto.com, Bnb, Cake, Ogn, Ada

I've been holding these alts lately:

1- XMR Monero
2- ETH Ethereum
3- DOGE Dogecoin
4- LTC Litecoin

Monero for anonymity, ETH is for utility, Dogecoin because it is cheap and memes, LTC because it also cheap and has good adoption. I used to have some more but I dumped them because I see them going nowhere. Out of all the alts I own, I like monero the most for some reason. It is the OG anonymous coin.

Even me, this will be my top list too especially during this bear market. I will ignore some mid to low market caps, it could lead only to rekt. Holding high market cap during these times will help you to preserve your capital but expect that if we will bounce, we may see a low ROI, but still good for as long as it is safe, capital preservation is the key.

I didn't need to have altcoins in my wallet and stable token is more that good. It's convince me from the dump that happens right now. In my opinion that it's not a wise decision to hodl altcoins during the dump and try to buy when recovery will be happening soon once bitcoin will be stable and altcoins will be going back up. Im only having stable tokens in my wallet and this is the best decision that i have ever made

1. Eth (Still holding)
2. Avax (Still holding)
3. SOL (Still holding)

These three are the top altcoins and obviously they will be in my portfolio. This is usual. But the other 2 you mentioned in 4th and 5th, I don't know about those coins. And you know what I loved about eth, sol, and avax? They all helped to stabilize my portfolio. So why won't I add it to my portfolio? However, I have some additional coins, such as gaming coins and metaverse concept coins, that help to stabilize my portfolio. And I am glad that I could grab those coins a little early because who can predict where they will go in the future? Let's hope for the best.

I have number 1 until 4 but I don't have number 5. But I also the other coins and still hold until now. I don't know how long I will still hold those coins but I really expected that my coins in my portfolio can increase someday. It will okay if I need to hold it for one year or more because I have my patient holding those coins while I also use the other coins with bitcoin to trade. Of course, I also hold bitcoin and not sell it now but I buy more amount in this situations.

Mine has never changed for the big three, and barely moved for the fourth. I had BTC, ETH, BNB for many years now, and I keep buying more of them constantly, not going to change anytime soon.

I see those three as my retirement fund and I will end up with buying more of them until I retire and hopefully when I am an old person (if god allows me to live that long) then I will stop and use that as retirement fund to not work until I die. That is what people do for their retirement fund in fiat, but rarely anyone uses crypto that way, they should start considering crypto as pension for sure. Fourth one is LTC but that goes up and down, I do not always keep buying more.

4. Mana (Still holding with regret)
5. Netvrk (Still holding with regret)
It seems that you have added unconvincing information to the above two tokens, why are you adding regret when you have added them to your portfolio, so to hold any coin you must be sure to recover in case of any possible unexpected correction in the market price such as current market conditions.

Coins with the smart contract network must be held during all time in crypto to use as fees, swap, and execute contracts,... so I think those are the ones on people's protofilo of all time no matter what. The same for me as I always have around 10-20% of my portfolio delicate to ETH, BNB, TRX, and SOL.

ethereum, monero, cardano and doge. These four coins have always been in my portfolio from the very beginning I invested in crypto. and recently I added bnb, solana, avalanche, polkadot, terra, and polygon. I think all these coins will be coins that I always hold on to at all times. I wouldn't sell it unless the price was at ATH.

I have held BNB ever since the ETH network transaction fee increased and many crypto projects started shifting to Binance Smart Chain. However, I have sold BNB coin at different times and bought again at a convenient time. I still have some BNB coin in my portfolio.

You are still holding some altcoins and i can imagine how much you loses from these tokens in your list. That's why you have been saying that if you are regretting to hold it. I do believe when you are also seeing the market is also in a big red and this is become another disaster for anyone today.
Im all in the stable tokens right now. You are taking very big risk by holding coins right now. Stable token is the only safe heaven for now.

Everyone wants to take good profit from their holding assets from this trading platform. So everyone holds coins as they wish. It is very common to say that some coins that are fundamentally strong will be selected. However, recently it seemed to me that the APEcoin is one another potential coin. I am interested in holding Bitcoin, Ether, BNB and then APE.

I've been considering pulling the trigger on NETVRK but I mainly hold XRP and ICP RN.

Personally, I am also not a long-term holder, because my investment strategy is also with the goal of finding a profit and switching to other professions to support my life. Basically, I still have a handful of altcoins left, and don't mind me now, I also have some reasons to switch to safety by staking stablecoins. But honestly, on the list my friend still has some ETH bought a long time ago, around $80-90, and it doesn't make me fear the future of the coin as I've got a good long position for it.
