The majority of coins that have a strong potential for development are those who have long survived and are also able to improve their quality and prospects in the crypto. The average of them has been in the top position in the crypto because there are so many new coins that keep emerging and growing, so it is not easy for them to reach the position above.

I think nobody knows what a coin can grow in price as well as the BTC. Sometimes little-promising coins grow in price 20 or more times.
It seems to me it will be NEO or EOS. Now the price for these coins is low and if everything goes well, then next year the price will grow several times.
In my opinion, a very promising coin for growth is SIA. The team has been around for a long time and is working on its product for a long time, it's a cloud storage on blockchain. I think that there is a great potential here, sooner the long-awaited update will come out, which will lead to popularity and, consequently, price growth.

Dash : it is showing great price leaps, it has compatability with Bitcoin (most of Bitcoin's updates get integrated within Dash), it has optional privacy, it has a strong
incentivized full nodes network, it has ASIC miners for improved network security, it has ATM machines, it has low fees (which is attracting more and more merchants),
it has a decentralized governance and budget system in place and it has a clear roadmap towards on-chain scaling, so it can achieve what Bitcoin lost down the road

It seems to me that any coin with a new and potential idea can grow by a factor of 100 or more. And I think now there is no such coin.

It seems to me that there is still no coin that could grow as much in price as BTC.
I belive APR coin can be huge this year, they are building the APR DEX, which is the first 100% community influenced use case implementation. It will go live in Q4 2018. They will also integrate their loyalty platform. Also Electra (ECA) is making some noise this year, huge community and team behind it.
I think the current altcoins with growth potential in this market are ETH, EOS, NEO, and LTC. These are the best cryptocurrencies in this market. I believe that they will have a lot of room for growth in the future, and hope that the market will have good news sooner.

well, altcoins growth is very important but most of them do not have solid products behind the coins that will push the natural growth of the coin due to demand of the product. This normally leads to a pump and dumb of those coins without solid products for future potential growth. But coins with solid products will naturally grow and make a lot of returns for the investors and developers.
before the coins start to bring profits, the project itself should be interesting for investors. Therefore, the team itself must be professional and focused, so that their ideas and project are realized and reach a certain result.

There are a lot of Altcoins to hold now that all coins are down with Bitcoin. Do your research and draw out a plan on how many and the best Altcoins you need to hold. I have a list of some Altcoins you can look into.. PUNDI X, Neo, Open token, ONT etc.

I believe ethereum and neo will have the highest growth among all altcoins this year at the market. They have the best technology that serves us a good functions and purposes, especially at project ICO's. Their supporters and believers grows widely that makes them more popular. Good technology really matters at cryptocurrency.
Hi bro, I am really happy to read about ethereum here. I'm investing into it too, about one year and for real time I feel good benefit from it. But I still don't want to sell it now.
From my point of view, coins of altcoins etherum, Ripple, cardano, XVG, Tron have a greater potential to grow from the rest of the coins on the market today like other coins that lead to changes in the crypto market in the future and in good times.
