I started over 2 decades ago with reading my first manga which was dragonball!
I read probaly hundreds of different mangas over that duration and for sure one of the best or the best - which is also the only one i still read - is:

Overlord and Gangsta are the best for me. too much boobs exposure on Prison School

but I like GATE more than Overlord right now (though it picked up after a couple eps.) 
Magi the best anime i've watching
I like naruto, naruto shippuden and death note, but I like danshi koukousei no nichijou even more, the funniest anime I think
Prison School is a laugh, but if you take it seriously you're gonna have a bad time.
