1. Increase your rank.
2. Identify your area of interest and strength (translations/ social media)
3. Keep an eye on new bounties
4. Analyse them with total allocation/ allocation for your area of intersest/ bounty manager.
5. If it passes your criterion, join and follow all rules.  Cool

Most important thing will be the whitepaper and developers team and area of expertise as these things will come under analyzing and as you have mentioned Ed the allocation of tokens.

Before I join the bounty campaign, I try to do some research.
1. Do not be lazy to read the project's metirals. White paper, information on the site and social networks, the road map - all this can be quite boring and monotonous, but the information in these materials is important and must be read before the project begins.
2. Find information about the developers. As a rule, everyone has a profile on LinkedIn and you can always find out what projects were in the past and whether they were successful.
3. Pay attention to the campaign manager. At the forum there are not so many well-known managers and each has its own reputation and so on. read the rules carefully and pay attention to the reporting form.
All these steps take not so much time, but will allow you to avoid wasting time on the scum

Most of the bounties required atleast Jr. member to participate. You have to rank your position first to jr. member to join bounties, you have to read and post or replies in any topic to level up your rank and if you post/replies is please other member they can give you merit.

Newbie can still participate in bounty program like facebook, twitter and telegram, but few bounty accept Newbie for it signature campaign.
To join any bounty firstly you make research on the project, through their white paper and forum may be the project is legit or scam.  you'd also check out the reward, if it is profitable, after then you can decide what to do (join/abandon).

Hi all, I had managed to join 4 bounties that were recommended to newbies.

Since there a quite a number of bounties in this forum as well as other sites, may i know what are the things to really look out for to justify to join which bounty? Thanks alot

There is no guarantee that you will surely paid when it comes to bounty campaigns, but you can do some research about the project that you want to participate in by reviewing of their whitepaper and identifying the members behind the team. It helps you even a little to determine if the project is just a scam or legit, because mostly campaigns that are scams are having a fictitious members and a very favorable platform that are unbelievable to trust.

I found few of the replys saying a 1-2% bounty pool will make you cry. This is absolutely not true. There are big ICOs where 1-2% of bounty pools are even worth over a million dollars.
But again, instead of percentage you must check the total amount specified for bounty pool.
Next to check is whether the bounty you are participating is it worth as an ICO? Will it be a successful ICO by reaching its hard cap. You need to do research on it as if you are researching an ICO for investment.

Treat the bounty campaign as if you are going to invest your money in that project.
Note that you basically get rewarded if the presale and/or ICO of that project is a success.
So it is important that you understand the project and if you think that it is good, then go for it.

for beginners, you must have at least Jr. members to follow the gift of the campaign, keep the need to note is from his hard cap and must be really careful in following this bounty.

Its hard to determine which bounty is good. It just the same as when you choose any investment. In my opinion, transparency is the most important thing. Choose bounty which the project team are provide clear identity. So at least if the project success they will still pay you. Many scam project here, be careful.

the above people wrote a lot of useful tips. They are all right. Pay attention to the size of the pool and conditions.
In addition, I draw attention to the team of managers who head bounty. I try not to miss the campaigns that the Amazix lead.

Thanks mate  ! May I also know for airdrop, is it normal that you guys only do one airdrop per type of coin? They give you like 5-10 coins or is there any better way to work?

This bounty thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty-phi-token-bounty-is-over-thank-you-2995864

I probably be joining that campaign if I wasn't in bubbletone. They were featured in EIDOO and should be listed on the coming exchange of EIDOO when its available already. I think they will also be sending airdrop to EIDOO holders. PHI should be one of the best alt to hold to.

I agree with PHI as a good bounty to start with very easy also the manager is needmoney part of TokenSuite you should visit their site or follow them on twitter to have an daily update about new bounties they starting its so easy and newbie can participate on social medias.

Normally i choose bounties based on ICO benchmark reviews score but read carefully recently i just encounter a case where the person writing the benchmark is also one of the team member in the ICO thus a high score for that, unless my friend recommend me a specific campaign to be in then i will join.
