Lets discuss about which casino's UI that we think need to be improved a lot, I'll start with my opinion:
1. Betcoin: their UI is not that good IMO, they have been here for 10 years but their UI and the smoothness should be improved a lot.
2. Crypto.games: Although maybe their idea is to have traditional look, but I think it is no longer attractive in this modern era.
Maybe these 2 that comes to my mind when it comes to UI which can be improved, I know it is all about preferences, just expressing my opinion.
1. Betcoin.ag you mean? I do see their design isnt that bad either
2. Crypto.games? Yes i do agree into this word or comment that their site design isnt really that appealing i should say but those are way back
Im sure that you havent been able to visit out their new overhauled site? Well the thing i dont really like is into those dice game.
It is really that traditional way. If it isnt really just that on that no speed limit feature then i would say that this wont
really be getting any attention.

I dont have any experience or awareness in every casinos out there on which it would really be just that depending into someones
taste and with their own preference on where they would really be staying up.

For those that I have used here in terms of sportsbook and can keep going there because  of the great UI  Roll Eyes
  • Rollbit
  • Sportsbet.io
  • Megapari
  • Shuffle
  • FortuneJack
  • Crashino
If there is anything to improve, it's has to be game markets, game execution and payouts , and not much of the UI

For the casino category, I honestly think they are all the same as the heavy lifting depends on the game provider and not much on the Casino itself...and picking one all goes down depending on their reputation and not window dressing of the website (UI).

I like simplicity in design and the ease of use, that's why I like Stake the most, the stuff that needs to be in that place is in that place, it's not that cluttered to my eyes even if I minimize and maximize my window, they've got a pretty optimized UI which is a big win for me but I don't think that I share the same with it being the best with other players. I don't play in a lot of gambling websites anymore so I don't have a lot to say when it comes to improvement, maybe just give your players more bonuses or just make it easy for the website to navigate.
It's nice that you like Stake.com and I know that you can't make a mistake with this since it is all over the place when it comes to the proofs to that. If anyone wants to choose the casino they will be able to experience all the good experiences that users could talk about, I think that they can get it all from Stake. One thing again is that it is better to stick to one or two casinos, we do not have to be greedy about it, especially if the ones we are using are serving us at best. But it is about the bonuses for many people and not even the fact that their casinos are such bad but they want to get more bonuses over and over again, and if care is not taken, they will get the worst user experience through that.

And for the fact that big casinos like Stake give the needed games and user experience, I can't but know the reason why you are no longer searching anymore, it is not worth it. After all, it is all about the quality experience and when we have it, why have too many casino accounts registered? It is pointless.

Yeah 100% For me this comment is like advertising or shilling account because it only says good things about XFUN and Dplay without mentioning any negative. The words used, like "loads of choices, fast payment, and No KYC needed" sound like his trying to sell the platforms instead of giving honest feedback. Feels more like an ad pretending.

But not gonna lie after reading his comment I did check that website. . So, did he fool me? Hahaha

I have noticed this same type of shilling in the FUNToken telegram group. There is a few accounts that engage in obviously fake conversations with each other in order to try and shill the token and these casinos. I don't know if it's random dudes trying to pump their bags or if the casinos' owner is paying these people to shill for them. If it's the latter, it is not very effective because it makes people suspicious and those resources would be better spent on proper advertisement or a signature campaign.

I like playing on XFUN and Dplay lately. No laggs, loads of choices for different games, and fast payment whenever I win. No KYC needed either. So far so good, I do hope they keep the intensity up.
Yeah, right!  Roll Eyes And you stumbled upon this forum accidentally, created an account, managed to reach this section, found this thread, and wrote this post just randomly. I totally believe you, lol.

I don't understand why some people think it's so easy to fool others, and I believe it is because some people do get fooled by such things, especially newbies that have no experience at all and when they read a message like this, they think whatever written in it is true and the platforms mentioned might have these features. One shouldn't be this naive so that they don't easily become a victim of such scams and frauds. This guy is clearly promoting these platforms with this brand new account, he is either a part of them or is paid a few bucks to do this.

Do we really care about UI here? because as far as I understand is that UI cannot affect our betting and gambling activities so why should really care about this in the first place?

isn't better to check their legalities and their trustworthiness ?

because what is the sense of having a great and best UI when in the end will scam players?

lets not be affected of this instead look for legitimate gambling site to play.

UI is the first thing that we see when we visit the site. Most people will not be attracted to continue exploring if the UI looks bad. Although there is a saying "dont judge a book by its cover" but it is a BS if people do it because people do judge a book by its cover. Once players are attracted with the UI then they will explore the site more. Of course reputation/trustworthiness is more important than UI, but the main topic here is about UI not about the reputation. I'm wondering why when there is a specific question about the casino such as the game, the feature, the UI, the bonus, etc then people will always compared it to reputation?
Yes it is true that UI helps to attract a gambler to a site for that UI is very effective thing for a gambling site. UI not only attracts gamblers it enhances the beauty of a site and makes a site easier to use. Because of this, a gambling company must focus on UI

But only if UI is good then that site cannot be called good.  Gamblers come to gambling sites to have fun so there must be good games and all must be processed quickly. on the other hand, the deposit and withdrawal process should be fast to reduce the financial risk. such a site can be called a quality gambling site

Bro, it is true that we shouldn't just judge a book by its cover, but in this case, I like to start the judgement immediately. You said it right, we will first see the UI when we open any gambling platforms, and if it is bad from the beginning, it can't be appealing to me anymore no matter what you talk about. What if I opened it and it looked ugly, and upon that, it is not responsive well, do you think I can ever be interested that much even if they are reputable and will not steal my money? I don't think so. There is one being advertised on this forum and I believe that people do not appreciate it very well due to the UI issues, and even offline, I discussed it with someone and we both agreed that it could be part of the issues. So, it's very important.

It is non-negotiable as far as I am concerned, the UI and the UX must tally, and that is how I can ever move forward in even knowing the casino further. That reminds me, I couldn't continue using OKX due to this same issue, their mobile platform is just nonsense, it's slow and I couldn't bear that nonsense when I had better alternatives. I heard it is still the same still years after, I wonder why companies will be that careless despite being rich. This could totally dissuade many customers and intending ones unnoticed. But I hardly see such, to be honest, which means that casinos are often wise to know that their UI and UX are important for the productivity of their business.

It is just for attraction mate and of course to bring best impressions for the new enters , having
great UI will also gives good chance of making that visitors to be depositors  and yes I am also one that seeks
for better UI/Interface than those random site that obviously created without good budget at all , because
those who have good interface are mostly those who invested in their front page and will also spend for their
advertising and yeah their players.
and also most of those who have good UI are those casino that up to now operating and even upgrading
their site year after year.

The interface makes an impression on players. especially for new visitors, because seeing a nice and attractive interface can provide comfort to players. At least it shows the seriousness of the casino developer towards players.
but it cannot be denied that there are also players who prefer a simple and easy-to-operate interface. some emphasize certain types of games. the growth of the gambling industry is very large. and slot games are probably the ones that are currently very popular.
Yes you are right.  The better the casino interface.  The more users will be addicted to that casino, the better the quality of that casino will be.  Gamblers will stay there longer.  People will become more addicted to it.  The more attractive the casino site is, the more the gamblers will be attracted to it.People will pay more attention to the fact that Ui Jeter will be beautiful. People will pay more attention to the casino that feels good.  So the better the interface of the casino, the more addicted people will be.
Hahaha...are you sure it is the interface that is making people to be addicted to gambling? I don't think so. Gambling is addictive itself, if someone is not careful enough, such would be addicted. The good UI and responsiveness of the casino platform are good and will go a long way to give a better user experience, but it is weak to make casinos' customers get addicted to it, it is all about the mindsets of the gambler about the game played. They should have planned better toward that to avoid issues many gamblers are just careless and reckless which often triggers their addiction to it. With poor UI, gamblers can still be addicted, they can continue to manoeuvre their way to play and will still be engrossed with it.

This is especially true if the gambler needs the money desperately or takes it as a means to have fun, but nevertheless, does it too much. If not, what will you say of the offline casinos where you will not be the operator but their representative will do the ticket issuing, but yet people are still addicted to it? In this, you do not even see any interface to get addicted to but only the feeling of betting, and most times whether good or bad outcomes, they could be what will motivate or force the gambler to come back to get it. If you gain, you might want to gain more, and if you lose, you might want to gain back your money, and before you know it, you might be addicted to it.

Well, most of us know that things can be done better because we like the interface, however when we see that we like a casino, whether because of the interface we also have to look at other things, if the interface cannot be everything, There are also other things, for example when I'm in a casino, no matter how nice everything is, it's not nice if they scam you, it's not nice that when you go to retire they give you a lot of buts, this is what we have to see, one The interface is the best thing you can see, it's like the model of falling in love, and something we will always have as a first impression, however these things are superficial, the problem for me is always in the withdrawals, well it all comes down to money, If we can withdraw our money, then everything is fine, otherwise you can't do much, in this order of ideas we will always see what is best for everything, if we put it in context, the events can be very decisive.

For things that are interface-related, it does have a lot to do with it, personally I like comfort, and it is something that makes you feel good doing it, but in this case things are very different, because as a player you want to have Everything is up to date, but as I said, for me the most important thing in a casino is the money, the rest doesn't matter to me, that is supremely important, because money is the only thing that makes us see if we can spend more time playing or not. , and not only playing, but you also have to evaluate if the casino allows you to win, because we are not going to do much in a casino where the interface is completely different but we never win even 1 dollar, but everything is for the casino, we always have to Seeing that as the first option for rest is different if we put it in another important fact, now if we do things well, with our investigation and KYC and that everything is good from the withdrawal point of view, then everything changes.

When it comes to user interface, it is our own decision to make base on what we want and don't want, sometimes we may like some things in particular about a gambling platform while other may not, but the interface we are considering here is one of the means to which we can distinguish between our personal preference from others, it's also the first attraction that makes a gambler get fascinated to a particular gambling platform or not.

When you have used one casino/sportsbook in crypto, you can navigate just about any of them. UI is just like any operating system the more you use it, the easier for you to go in and out. Some load slowly though. But the more you stay in one casino or sportsbook, whether UI is like a labyrinth it will still be easy especially if you really want to bet.

Betcoin.AG is quite similar to the rest of the casino so there is no problem circumventing it as it's just as easy as roaming around on Stake.

Betcoin has 2 sites. Here are both compared to Stake and Sportsbet.

Majority of the sites have a similar looking UI and Stake was the one which came first in this aspect, most of the recently launched casinos have followed suit.

They have the same software provider, but the casinos use different skins and have different implementations. I'm not being biased, but IN MOBILE if you go to both sites, and compare Stake and Shuffle, it's obvious that they use one software provider, and although Stake has moderately a better UI, Shuffle has better implementation because you do less taps to use it compared to Stake. Try it.

Well, less taps means less features I believe, cus If a casino has a lot of features, then that simply and automatically translate to more taps, which means, you tap more to access all the features or a good number of it.
But for a Casino with less features, it's very understandable why it won't take more or alot of taps to navigate around such a casino and get things done, and the clear advantage here is that, things get done faster on a casino with less features, compare to the casino with more features..

Now, don't misunderstood or misquote me, I am not saying that shuffle has less features, I've never used or played on shuffle, so I think it will be inappropriate for me to judge, but what I said above is based on my observations in general terms, not talking about one casino in particular.

Did you actually try it? I'm talking about one additional tap, but probably an unnecessary/avoidable action in the UI which could make it an annoying user experience. Use your iPad/tablet sideways for a wider view, then go to Stake. Tap from "Casino" to "Sports", then choose a sport.

Next, go to Shuffle then do the same actions. The side panel of Shuffle doesn't go back and forth which makes it one tap lesser. A mere ONE TAP. That simple change made its UX better for me.

Wanted everyone's opinion about which Casino and Sportsbook have the best UI. What is their best feature and which casino and sportsbook do you like but want to see improvement when it comes to UI or features?

UI means User interface.
Having a good UI makes sense to first attract clients but it won't keep those customers if they don't get what they want from the site after using for sometime, what matters to me when I'm visiting or making a choice of online gambling platform is about the quality of their services, I'm not really that interested in the user interface so far the site gives me quality of service, fast deposit and withdrawals and 24/7 customers service. A platform can have the best user interface but not meet their customers' demands or interests and they will still end up losing these customers. However, everyone has what that attracts them to a site when making a choice of gambling platform to use.

UI means User interface.
To my mind, Bitsler.com has the best UI. Their colour palette is amazing, the website's structure is different from other casinos and when I visit them, it doesn't feel like it's another copy-paste. I love their UI very much.
Other casinos like Sportsbet.io, livecasino, Rollbit, Stake, Duelbits, BetFury and etc have good UI, not as great as Bitsler for me but their UI is good enough to make my experience smooth.

The site blackjack.fun has a psychedelic look which reminds me of vaporwave and I appreciate that a lot, at least someone tries to stand out.

Unfortunately UI is only for looking good, the inside matter needs to be good to be able to hold on to the players/customers. A good UI will bring in players but if the withdrawals/customer service/promotions are bogus, they will not stay for long.

And we all know that casino profits from its regular players not the one offs.

It's the color. It's black and that probably scares the newbies?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
