Bitcoin and Ethereum is the perfect choice to hold more than one year. Dash, Doge, XRP or Binance coin is good coin but this coin hasn't any exciting news as has Bitcoin and Ethereum this year. Bitcoin halving time is fixed but still hasn't any accurate time to launch Ethereum POS.

Have you try for investing with BSV coin? I think look most interested when you investing or holding assets with BSV coin because not must waiting more than one year raise with higher price, BSV always can make their investor get much profit by growing up most higher price above 100% and doing more than two time several months later.

So what? I want to make clear that almost all people involving in cryptocurrency want to hold bitcoin and ethereum as they consider them to be real and worthy of holding for long term. More than one year means you want to say that price of BTC and ETH would not increase until that period? If so, you are wrong. Prices of BTC and ETH have started increasing.

in my opinion I still prefer bnb and bitcoin, bnb has a very large ecosystem, running on its own blockchain, which is the coin of top 1 exchange platform in the world so it has a lot of advantages when holding this coin, especially the future of bep2 platform will thrive, great potential can replace eth, so I will hold bnb and btc of course

basically, many people are holding bitcoin and ethereum in 2019, and now is an opportunity to sell it. Until now, among the portfolios that I have, these two coins are the most. however, I intend to hold it until halving passes, I suspect that the price could be higher than in 2019.

All coins that are on the top 10 are safe to hodl for a year, they have the community, the support, they are on almost all exchanges, I prefer holding these coins than holding new coins in the market, even if these new coins are showing good performance.

I think everybody here will prefer bitcoin and ethereum to hold in a long term because these coins are top cryptocurrency in the market and people trust these coins, that is why it really has a potential to grow. I also prefer holding XRP for a long term if it will make an improvement this year because it is bery valuable even it is centralized.

Those top alt are good to hold even in years just as long as we know how to monitor it and be determined of up to until how much we will let it up or down, since we can't control economic crisis so we need to be updated in new and whatever happenings in the market and alt we hold.

It's very funny how people are able to find a simple way to minimize their risk anytime they invest into cryptocurrencies. The reason why most of you might go for major coins is because they have huge marketcap and a ready market but truth be told you would need to invest quite a huge amount of money in order to make substantial profits from major coins like ETH and BTC. But with low cap coins who have very good use case you are likely to make huge profits hence my choice to invest in $DIVI at the moment. It's a very cheap coin and i am filling my bags till the project gets much more exposure in this industry.

There are many different cryptos having huge potential to have a market value uprise once recovery occur but only few would be good for long term holding. Only those which have generated a huge community of users including demand and volume, would surely be the ideal cryptos to hold. Specifically, big names in this industry as Bitcoin. Holding the new ones would give a bigger risk compared to holding the 'big' ones.

I prefer to hold bitcoin for now because I see on how will bitcoin moves up and when you see the chart you can see how profit you've earn soon. You have a less risk that you've also lose your value because by the bitcoin name it was too impossible to happen for a year.

What are you trying to say? Bitcoin and ethereum is mainly for a midterm hodling? I guess not, because for me, hodling bitcoin and ethereum is the bravest decision every trader or hodling ever made, because it was only once or twice in a year (sometimes there's none) that we could experience great profits in these cryptos, while on altcoins, they could trade for a short term trading, why would I exclude bitcoin and ethereum? Because fees are considerably high, so trading bitcoin and ethereum is mainly for a long term basis.

By now, most crypto traders will choose bitcoin as their first choice to hold in long term basis. Alts come and go but bitcoin remains. I think that holding some altcoins with stable value will bring higher profits, but also higher risks. You must always pay attention to their price changes.
