Like Ethereum but I wouldn't compare them anymore because if my main is for the long term, Bitcoin is the way to go.

Bitcoin have always been the top and will continue to lead because we have quite good numbers of pumps and dumps in the system. When you come to the altcoins discussion section you don't have to compare bitcoin with others again only and if your want to make the comparison, you have to name some other coins for the comparison and this thread that you have only mentioned bitcoin without any other coins, what coin was in your mind to create the thread.

If you have realistic goals I think investing in Bitcoin is the best choice. But if the OP asks which coins are more profitable, I agree that altcoins and meme coins can be more profitable. But finding profitable meme coins or altcoins will be very difficult. Like finding a pearl in the desert. If you invest in the wrong altcoin you won't even get anything. This is different from Bitcoin, which even if you keep it for years, Bitcoin is a very trusted coin and a safe haven for your assets.

If one can loo for good presales to buy coins that is going to launch well with huge liquidity, we could make big profits from them.
The problems many investors are facing now is they could not know which particular tokens are going to do well in the market.
It is better we keep search for the best rather than relaxing or asking too many questions we could get online.
When the bull finally comes, we could benefit from the market so easily.

Nowadays, it's no secret anymore if what BTC can do because its past records are already written and documented which are freely available for public viewing. There are two ways to invest but indeed DCA, seems to be more flexible.

It may not be indicative of the future results but that's how it goes at most times when the pattern is the same for its movement. I can say that I was one of the not-so-early holders of it a few years ago and still hold a few and fortunately, I have plans to keep on holding them.

I agree with you regarding Bitcoin. but nowadays there are quite a lot of beginners who are not very patient with Bitcoin. that's what makes them perhaps more interested in taking the risk of investing in altcoins or shitcoins.
The thinking that is developing among beginners is a short investment to get rich quickly with crypto. This wrong understanding is what makes beginners who don't understand how crypto develops and works make mistakes in investing.
every beginner starts with Bitcoin. Don't be easily tempted by the lure of short-term profits. no investment makes people rich in a short time. all require patience and perseverance.

At this point if someone still does not believe the legitimacy of bitcoin then they are nothing but a hopeless case. Bitcoin has proved itself from time to time again that it does give people advantages by investments. Sure there are still risks but mostly the benefits it brings is more than worthy of the risks you are going to take.
