For the next future alternative crypto currency, I would place my bets on IOST. this coin is it decentralization storage coin and it has the potential of going against many of the fortune 500 companies like Amazon dropbox and other businesses which insure it survival
I also need to find a few coin to invest for long term. There are like thousands of tokens-coins in market and most of them gonna fail. On the other hand i keep some eth, btc and neo all time. Other alts i don’t hold for long term, when there is a good profit i just sell them without waiting. Since i’m not good at trading i just try to do my best

Currently, there are many ICOs everyday. All ICOs also say that they are good. I do not know the truth. By a few knowledges of crypto, I realize that some coins maybe invest now, those are ARC, Ucash, CMT, MTC,...I had some profits. That's my opinion only.

If you want a good profit, then pay attention to anonymous coins such as: Monero, Zcash, PIVX, Komodo. Also in the investment portfolio should be the Etherium and Bitcoin.
I think ETH, EOS, NEO, etc. They are all beautiful in the future.
I agree, they are really beautiful in the future. I think like the whole market. I personally invest in Ethereum. A little in Ripple and Verge. Others do not want to look as don't see the point. The whole market will go up.
According to my research, there are projects with digital currency units on the market and very good projects with white paper. these will be valued in the future. these subcoins are ripple, docademic, sether,

When deciding in which coin to invest you can either blindly follow suggestions by others or make your own informed descision based on some criteria:
Woaw that's a very usefull information even i don't know much about this but yeah actually this is a common information - What problem does the project attempt to solve?
- Is it a solution looking for a problem?
- Is there active development behind the project? (check Github activity)
- Has the team produced anything but a whitepaper?
- Are there established competitors which are much further into delivering a working product?
- Cross reference developers against previous scam projects
- Current market capitalization of the coin

For me its still ethereum, I can say that this coins next to bitcoin is a very good coin that has a potential grow in the market, and in the long run it can give us huge profit and freedom in our financial status.
there is no doubt that the coin that has a very bright future is Bitcoin, Bitcoin is a major coin and already has a lot of trust from many people so I'm sure bitcoin will continue to grow and become bigger in the future.

there are a lot of coins on the market, and many coins that have a good future .. but for me still bitcoin that has the best future. another coin is good but the bitcoin remains the best.

In my opinion, which coins are used to pay that will have a good future such as coins of exchanges : Binance (BNB), Huobi (HT), Kucoin (KCS). Or recently, XVG, Tronx is accepted as the coins which be used to pay in Pornhub

BTC is unstable and every day it's harder to decide

Maybe for me, bitcoin is still an investment destination in the future and there are some Altcoins that i think have good chance to keep growing, for me the most dominant Eth and Waves continue to grow next year after several ICO projects that use their platform ends.
Majority of the users have suggested to have bitcoin as the primary asset to keep hold for long term profiting. Apart from the same, it's been suggested to have the top market altcoins for the trading purpose which gives an earning in a regular manner based in the active participation into buying and selling of assets even when there is minor variation in price.
From my point of view it would be a good idea to hold the coins like Ethereum, Stellar, Ripple and Lisk for a while,
since I believe these coins have a good future. Especially from Lisk I am expecting a nice profit in long term

For me, I think Ethereum is the coin now that has a great future. Because it is being widely-known worldwide and some other shops or stores that accepts bitcoin, now are accepting ethereum too as a secondary payment to bitcoin.

In my opinion, you should get dev/coin dev development team about their references, how the project will solve the problem and whether the project has active development. This way you can see which coins are good for the future .... but for me BTC, ETH, LTC really have a very good future.
