Everybody decides for themselves which coins to buy best, but I advise you to buy only top-quality and promising coins at the moment
ETH, LTC and BNB are at reasonable prices. Last 3-4 months market conditions show that only strong coins will survive. Many coins went to their all time low already while ETH, LTC and BNB tested their strong resistance. And now it is time to grow.
BNB is a great growing coin in this year so obviously it is strong coin in crypto market and LTC, ETH also one of the top altcoins in crypto platform. But you forgot the BTC because this is forever promising platform and continuous growing also possible at any moment so everyone must buy some Bitcoin and hold mid term trading or long term trading.

Waves and ARK are developing kinda well
Not sure about ADA but i always saw good and positive outlook from ADA in cryptopanic
If you wanted huge and good stable gain, Btc is still important to be included in your portfolio because people trusted BTC more
From the coins you listed on top, all are quite a good one but you might need to wait for Alts run else everything just can't really go up
You can choose altcoin which I say, maybe it can add to your investment list in the long run. this is a list you can choose from: XRP, STR, BNB, EOS, ATOM, BCH, TRX, QTUM. invest if you are interested in this one.
There are so many altcoin lists actually to choose from, but sometimes someone does not dare to make a decision in this case they hesitate to be able to take greater risks on altcoin investment. and this is where the point of an analysis is to be able to get a satisfying and not detrimental project for us 
Those coins have good values and worth investing so far but if I were you, I will invest on top coins just like Btc and Eth. It's better if you would have an assurance especially now that the market situation is getting better. Why don't you stick on well trusted coins and regret nothing in the bull run? Focus on well established coins and gain a good profit in the future.
Starits, Waves, ARK are still very good coins, but not like 2017. Though ARK has some big development this year but I am not buying it. If you have a higher amount to invest then you may buy BTC, LTC, ETH, BNB coins. If you have about 1K USD, then buy BNB, KCS, ONE, SERO, NPXS, FX, BTT, NEO or buy some ETH! All of these coins have a higher potential to give you a good profit. If you are still holding the Waves, ARK then doesn't buy it again! There have many good altcoins right now, you just have to research hard to find the better one.

In the situation market like now if i see your coin list i prefer atleast buy BTC, LTC, ETH and Doge.
Because that coin have strong capability to protect a value.
LSK and ARK i not recommended, the prices crashed and the community is like quiet.
Other coin you need analyze more deep, there is still many coin have benefit to gain profit in this market situation.
BTC and ETH i think still have, or maybe will survived longer than others in list. If me i will buy that. If have spare money i pick on Waves and Dogecoin. Dogecoin maybe for longer time, really need to use free money but maybe worth to do.
I think BTC and ETH have always been the most trusted choice in this market. There are many different opinions in choosing a good coin but only invest in the ones that increase in price because those are profitable coins for you in the near future. I would like to suggest to reduce your altcoin amount, and focus on bitcoin and ethereum. that is the thing that I'm doing right now. if you want to add altcoin, I might suggest LTC, but just focus on collecting large amounts between bitcoin, or ethereum.
although there is enough news for these coins, I think bitcoin and ethereum are the stars. that's because soon halving for bitcoin will happen, while the development of ethereum 2.0 will be done. I am sure both developments of the coin will make a very good increase in the price.

Are you asking that how popular they are or if they have space to grow? As how popular those are, ihmo BTC, ETH, WAVES and ADA have a strong communities, and interesting future, (i was going to invest them myself). And that popularity can be determined just by watching marketcap / liquidity, and info about that is easy to find. but i wouldn't shut out low marketcap coins though. I would put more emphasis on number of devs on github activity and on what has been promised / delivered.
Regardless, i think it's a horrifying way to invest. While you can avoid the fud this way, you also can miss the possible coin swaps etc and lose your coins.
Or while not watching the news and competition, your coins can be irrelevant in a short time if their competition renders them pointless or the devs are frauds.

If you are looking for some coins that you can invest or buy don't look other coins and just stick to bitcoin and ethreum only it is because this 2 coins have the highest potential to grow up in this kind of market situation. Don't invest your funds in a coin that doesn't have any chance to grow or to pump up. Please kindly consider the current situation of the market before investing in some coins or looking some coins. It would be great if we will just stick to those two legitimate coins which is bitcoin and ethereum.

BNB is quite good , high volume marketcap.
Price dropped because 39$ was just a hyped just like other coins which reached all time high then drop for finding it's resistance price.
Binance is in stable price with decent volume, so i think it's good to collect or doing daytrade with it

There are good projects to invest in but if you are looking for the old ones, I think look for privacy coins. For example, the price of 0x is very low and can be evaluated compared to the price in good times. Or you can look at the bigger exchanges' coins.
