We are not going to have a stability in the market if we have bitcoin on top of the line which is running under decentralized network. Stabilization is just for the government who wants to centralize the whole scheme of crypto in which case Tether might be the top on their list. Tether is pegged for dollar so there is no doubt that this coin will be the most adopted ones the future if not bitcoin. On the second list is the ethereum which is purposely for dapps centered in making digital payments.

Good point, even now we have that diversity in crypto! Many coins, platforms, tokens, you name it, there're some projects that are trying to connect different chains! Crypto future will be interesting, crypto is interesting now, no doubt in that. In my 6 years in crypto every year is more interesting than previous one.
Nice bet you made, proof of stake coins are gaining popularity! But there are privacy coins too! I think people will use privacy coins a lot, when you look what's happening in the real world, restrictions and new rules, many will find safe heaven in using privacy coins for many things!

This is the mistake that crypto enthusiasts make most of the times. The each think that there is going to be a particular coin that is going to dominate this space but no. When we finally see mass adoption of cryptocurrencies, it is going to involve numerous coins on the market to be used. My bet will be on most proof of stake coins since those are more scalable enough.

If we talk about the past times I think we can say that Bitcoin domination was never at question! Some would
love to see some other coin, their favorite coin, on top, but with right Bitcoin is where it is!
Top 10 coins are dominant coins, they have higher volumes! By that we can tell how popular coin is! Tether is the
first place, but only because traders who trade with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or some other coin, use pair with
Tether, as stable coin!

At the same time, the error in the calculations is added by the fact that when a certain kind of new technology technologies comes out, which seems inevitable, the blockchain may completely change beyond recognition or disappear due to its inferiority compared to a new, more advanced technology. In other words, we are completely and completely dependent on those technological discoveries that are being developed now and will be developed in the future.
