In my opinion you should give a try at the king of bitcoin dice Primedice.
Primedice is the most trusted and fair dice game still now.
Yeah I agree primedice only provides 200 satoshi per claim which is less than other dice sites but if you are looking for something stable and trusted then you should go with primedice

That is the easiest way I have found so far.
Also 25.000 satoshi is not event $1 cent, so Op has not high requirements.
