I would like to suggest you a good ico for february and march that has very a big potential to go higher up in its value and having more stable and big crowd arround it. It is te Daneel ico project. Its development team is well qualified and composed with highly experienced members. And they are having a well planned road map and the white paper is very good according to the crypto knowledge i have.
Personally i like tokens icos with already successful product and community for example: cosplaytoken, they have huge site with community so im buying them .

Though Marinecoin is an interesting approach, it's not a regular ICO to participate as an investment since they are giving out the coins for free (well, not entirely free, you have to contribute your time for their Proof of Participation). Well i can only talk about VLB here. VLB is not new, they made their ICO on 2017 but because they set a way too high cap and made a plan based on the cap and then they didnt reach the cap, they cant make the project to progress, so they decided to refund all the investor money, all of it. That is a nice gesture from a project, when there are some who will run away with the money they have gathered, VLB decided to refund it.
For me the idea of VLB is great and it can be made into real world business, and backed up with a great team and they have made some adjustment to their cap and the money plan ( you can read it on their wallpaper). So yeah, i suggest VLB for this February and March ( They are on presale time on this February till 12 March 2018, buyer will get 30% for every purchase)

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I've read the whitepaper myself, gone through all the info I've got my hands on and even had a few chats with the developers and product heads through their public telegram group. So far everything checks out for me in terms of product idea, a team capable of carrying out the project to fruition and they even have working prototype apps you can download on the IOS appstore to see one of the many facets in their ecosystem.
The main problem it seems they are trying to tackle is decentralising advertising, and not just in the way BAT/Brave Browser is trying to do which is only in tracking user attention/engagement with ads; knowledge.io is attempting to create an entirely new ecosystem for advertisers to directly engage consumers by asking consumers questions. The consumers get rewarded for participating in these Q&Ads and the Advertisers get direct targeted information. This would create entirely new datasets unique from what the rest of the advertising world has and when done right will help advertisers to target consumers more accurately than say Google or Facebook.
