If you want to become rich in small span of time then invest in bitcoins or else slow but firm income is real estate
i think none of the btcs or real estate is good, its better and static income to invest in gold and platinum these days
Dont go for real estate because real estate has to pay some tax and other hidden charges but thats not the case with btcs

you can do both. real estate is also good investment. there are platforms like which allows you to invest into property objects in smaller amounts than it would be required if you would be a sole investor and start benefiting from your investments. You have also a better opportunity to diversify your investments between different properties and keep your investments safe.

Investing in today's cryptocurrency is good and special for those who want to make more money in their investments. Now it is great if you invest in bitcoin as it will benefit and it will change the riches of life.
TherWith a FUD around bitcoin I would not bet on it. Dash, Litecoin, ETH have faster transactions and are pretty stable

If i were you i would choose to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin makes more profits when its price goes up , you see that one bitcoin is more than $10,000 a piece , if you invest in bitcoin , in a year or two your profit will doubled. Investing in cryptocurrency nowadays is good to do specially to those people who wants to gain more money in their invesments. But investing in real state is also good but not good as investing in bitcoin.
Real estates good for saving money e.g. you freeze your assets. And earning stable but not a lot. With bitcoin you can make x2,x3 profit but this is high risk investment. So in my opinion better to invest 50% in real estate and 50% in bitcoin (better 25% bitcoin, 25% ethereum).

For a short time investment, if you can score a good project, alt-coins can bring you a lot of fortune. These 3 coins is good based on my personal of view, but i reall suggest the number 2, VLB. They have a great team, advisor, partnership and realistic caps. They are on their ICO phase now, i have a feeling this will be a good coin based on my research about them.
O ya, if you heard about VLB on 2017, yes it is the same project. Last project cap is not achieved so they returned all the investors' money and made a new plan, and now here they are with a better team, realistic cap, and adjusted money plan for every cap reached.
Bitcoin, theres nothing else you need to check.
