I am an entrepreneur. I am torn as to which between the two I should invest my money with. Should I invest my money in real estates or should I invest more of my money in bitcoin since I already started. I already faced bankruptcy before so I really want to make the correct decision. I want to invest before I get married to my amazing fiance. Do you have any opinion between the two?
If you are an entrepreneur you should understand well that the best way is to distribute the investments. Investments in real estate will always pay off. But investing in Bitcoin is an investment for the future.

It has long been proven that it is better to do this either in gold or in an iPhone. Unless, of course, you want to raise money 100% without any risk.
gold, because the selling price is very stable and easily stored so gold is very good to invest.
Bitcoin and stock is a better decision. Invest in property is dependent on where do you live and it is hard to say about that. So I think better invest in Bitcoin.

Thank you all for your responses! You all have good advice as to why I need to invest in real estate or bitcoins. I already lost quite some money in other niche but I am willing to try it again. Just for the sake of having a positive flow of income. However, I do admit that I have to learn how to stop being paranoid after I start investing. That's one of my flaws. I'm looking into several beachfront properties in SE Asia. Hopefully, I could find a good deal.
Both can generally provide very good ROIs but it depends on how long you want to be locked in for and how aggressive you want to go with your strategy. If you want more aggression go with cryptos (more risk too obv) but
if you want a steadier long term investment then go with real estates. It depends on your style and how you are as a person this will mesh with your investment style or so I have found for myself that's how it goes.

Buy a real estate propriety , make a mining farm there with some eco electricity sistem ( sun , wind , .... ) to not have huge cost with electricity and the rest of the money invest in 3 equal shares between bitcoin , ethereum and gold ....my 2 cents are depending of your amount to invest .....if you have a to small amount ( under 100 k ....go directly to the last step )

Bitcoin and real estate is certainly very promising and profitable now, but if you 100% do not want to risk your savings then it's better to invest in gold and other precious metals, they have always been in price.
I agree with gold since the price keeps raising up for years especially in Asia countries gold is very expensive now
