I personally use Bittrex & KuCoin.
On the first, I trade coins that are already listed there. There's a colossal volume of trades and a profitable course.
I use the second exchange for new coins and for coins that are based on NEO. This is very convenient for output. The exchange often lowers the commissions for new coins and makes various promotions.

I use kraken and bittrex without any problems in deposit and withdraw of tokens (and FIAT in kraken)...I also use a little exchange called theRockTrading used mostly by Italians that are very well organized and with a good support if you have any problems..

I like Binance most of all. Causes:
1. User-friendly interface.
2. There is an application for the phone.
3. A large number of traded coins.
4. I have long been trading on this exchange and I'm used to it.

I withdrew my tokens from okex last month and saved my funds. They did have a 24hour waiting window for newly registered people but I didn't know that they had stopped withdrawals completely. The exchange which is earning the most profit and is the most popular is Binance. It even surpassed Deutsche bank in total profits and made around 200mn dollars in the previous quarter. So you can proceed with Binance with closed eyes.

You can try other exchanges ,KuCoin is better than these decentralized exchange,i am not saying these exchange are unreliable but for me KuCOin would be the best place to sell your tokens. This exchange is the startup exchanges of these big projects which si why those investors are coming from nowhere if and only if a certain project is listed to KuCoin.

My favorite exchanger is Binance, I really like that there is almost all the coins that I find interesting for trading. Also I am satisfied with the quality and convenience of the interface. I recommend to all.

Major exchanges OKEx, Poloniex and HitBTC suspended receipt of deposits and withdrawal of funds for tokens. Where can I find a reliable trading floor and save my savings?

I recommend that you register accounts on the top 10 exchanges.
So you by yourself will look at the functionality, the tools that the exchange offers and the convenience of the site.
There are exchanges on which a limited number of coins are traded. There are exchanges on which small volumes of trade.
Especially after new rules of Bitfinex (the minimum deposit for registration of 10k $) has shown, it makes sense to register an account even if you do not use it.

I have been using quite a few exchanges and all of them have been ok but i think binance and kucoin are not only good but  they are pro-active as well in listing new quality tokens with good communities so im sticking to these 2 the most nowadays.

Binance, Huobi, Bittrex ... they are all good exchanges, but they have different transaction and withdrawal fees, and also different currencies... so it's hard to say which one is the best.

Binance is in top regarding the security and liquidity recently though this is a new exchange platform. In my opinion it is worth to exchange in this platform and it is way better security. However, you can also try Kucoin for trading but never keep your coins in such exchange if you are a long time investor.

binance and kucoin but the best exchange for me is binance because it's very active market, very popular exchange and no need verification to withdraw.

The best exchange to me at present is binance but suspension of token deposit and withdrawal was not caused by exchange but ethereum network at as that time.

Well the best 2 exchange right now and in that order is Binance then Bitrrex then come the rest , That to answer your first question .
And to answer your main issue , I have to tell you since there is huge number  of coins right now based on Ethereum Tokens no exchange ever will disable the deposit and withdraw of Ethereum tokens permanently , They just might have some problems and will re-enable them again ASAP .

Poloniex was among the top exchanges, but there are other trusted ones, such as Bittrex and Binance. They are both safe and don't have any crazy fees or min withdrawal sums. However, bittrex requires ID if one wants to get the coins from the exchange, I think. This isn't a big problem for me, but perhaps you should take it into account before sending money there.
I wouldn't recommend using other exchanges, because very often you will find something like $15 fees for withdrawal or per order, so you should definitely check out these things before choosing the best exchange for you.

The only exchanges I have not had any issue with are Binance, Bittrex and Tokenstore. On HitBTC the fees are ridiculous and Poloniex had my funds for 3 weeks after I requested a withdrawal. Smaller exchanges are alright when they are secure and have real support.

I use only 2 exchangers, Bittrex which I never had any problem and Bter which is now closed + I had a few issues with them, delayed withdrawals and so on. Bittrex is a major go.
