You actually don't have 50% chance to win, there is a thing called house edge, and that is what makes the Casinos win more than they lose, which means they can have a business.

adjust the odds to give 1.75 payout(was too lazy to do it for myself) then go all in once.
Or make two bets using half stake, if you win both you go on. Lower odds but you dont risk losing everything.

I dont think renting a rig will return in profit, but it might depend on the coin you mine. Other than that, yes the amount wagered is usually at least 10 times the profit.
A fun way to play is to start by a big bet, cash out with a profit then play the remaining amount.

it make me crazy it just takes 1 bad streak to lose everything, i always cash out my initial deposit after I double it, try to minimize the chances of going bust
I wish that worked for me. After every such streak, I keep depositing more, with the gamblers fallacy of next bet being a winner.
And most of the times, I end up losing everything.
