Right now memecoins are all garbage. Doge had some nice reputation and history until some time ago because it is one of the first cryptos and a very sympathetic legit coin, but unfortunatelly the clown Elon Musk adopted it as his mascot and then the currency has become a dangerous one to be used due to market manipulation. Actually these coins aren't funny anymore. The word meme is just used to grab the attention of children and young people to this kind of investment in order to scam them, what ends being relatively easy due to lack of experience in the market.
None of both is good for long-term investment, if you really want to get profit in the long term, then try the big and strong project.
Currently, there is no any my favorite meme coin, but Shiba Inu was my favorite one and I get a lot of profit by investing in Shiba Inu.

Yes, not only these 2 coins are not good for long term investment but all coin memes are not good for long term investment. Memes are only suitable for short-term investments because their future is very uncertain, other than hype, memes are of no use, they can die if the shark finds another inflater.
Long term investments should generally be in top projects like bitcoin or ethereum, coins that have been proven to create real and useful value over time, their value being created on demand and the real benefits it brings.
I'm not a fan of meme coins or parody coins and actually I don't have any of them at my possession right now but If I had a chance to choose one, I would probably go with Dogecoin since it's the oldest and it proves its worth and it's one of the oldest meme coins out there. Shiba is a good one because of it's active and massive community but I like Dogecoin than any meme coins out there.
Memecoins have always had a bull impact on the market, and not just that, they also have their own specific season which they always pump. Dogecoin and Shiba are memecoin which have experience and shoots bullish run in the past and they can also do it, all matters with time. I'm definitely going to bagged more memecoin on of these days because it's already getting to December, the memecoins month, going to stuck my portfolio ready for bullish. I'm targeting floki Inu this summer and safe moon.

A definite answer of course cannot be found in my opinion, but the two memecoins will have their own moments. In my opinion, the shiba inu has found his ATH some time ago, while the Baby Doge is very popular with people and collects it as an asset for the future. Well, in my opinion, for memecoins like that, it's better to use it as a wallet collection, if later the price is high then the profit will be on the side of whoever collects it.

A few might be. I still see a lot of holders seriously holding their meme coins. A personal friends of mine have talked about it and I just let them say their plans about it holding for long term but I've told them to buy bitcoin.I think coin memes in the long run are just a doge worth picking. because doge has been around for quite a long time.
Yes, there's much love for Doge but for the other memes. They were just made out of the craze that Doge and Shiba have started. moreover it's even worse for meme coins that usually have lesser market capitalization, they could literally vanish into thin air in the long term.
Anyways, it was not important for me. Because if ever I will invest one of these two meme coins I'd never tend to hold them long. They are only profitable short-term especially during the bull season. Likely, if we bought them today the be sure that we don't have to miss its price rally as for sure after that an abrupt decline is really possible. That is why we should always check their status and keep them updated.
My meme coin is not Doge nor Shiba Inu but rather FLOKI and this isn't just because I didn't make fortune from the first two mentioned but rather because their team is agile and hardworking, and they never stop advancing the FLOKI project which I know for sure that eventually, all these would create a massive impact in the nearest future.

I believe anybody that want to invest in bitcoin can still easily buy and hold bitcoin, so I believe everybody has the opportunity to invest in bitcoin only if you dont want to invest in it. Do you mean bitcon price is already high? If yes, I can confidently tell you that bitcoin price is still low. Am not saying anybody that's interested in investing in altcoin shouldn't do that but you are investing at your own risk. If you invest in bitcoin, if you can hold your bitcoin for long term you will definitely make your profit. for now and the forever my favourite meme coin is Dogecoin. but if you think to invest in memecoins it is a bad idea.

Here i want to give the priority with the two coins one is Doge coin and other one is Shib coin.Bitcoin is a safe investment but we can also invest in both, there is no need to be too rigid when investing only in bitcoin. Bitcoin is safe but its returns won't be as big as some altcoins so we will put most of our assets in bitcoin, the rest we will try altcoins.
I don't think this will affect too much if one of the altcoins dies, but it will be interesting to see that one of the altcoins we invest in gives a return of hundreds or thousands of%.
