Just got back and I'm trying to catch up with this new NFTs trend, have been seeing it all over the place, it seems like everyone is more interested in buying digital arts, rather than investing in projects now, also heard about the Tweet NFTs, people now buying tweets now, it's really funny.
If NFT still has a value for a few years later, I recommend you to check Dego.finance https://dego.finance/
it works in Ethereum and BSC network, what is more their NFT is not only a collectible but it can be used as mining tool.
there should be no reason for you who is looking for NFT investment to not buying it, since it is double win solution for you.

I saw this DEGO Finance project last year, although last time it was running on Ethereum blockchain only, looks like the crazy gas fees have made them migrate to Binance Smart Chain.

I jumped into Alice thinking it would be the next big thing in NFT and that was a bad decision. I took 50% loss on my investment and sold at loss. After that I'm reluctant to look at NFT's while some of my other investment are yielding good profit. One of my friend introduced me with Sand (Sandbox) last night and I need to do some more research on it before investing. If anyone has any better options please suggest.

I would beware any of the Defi coins. Alice is giving almost 1000% APY on the Binance Smart Chain yield farms, which means they are giving 10% almost every month,,, so you bet people are dumping now to get in cheap so they can rake the profits a few months later when they have 50% more coins and the coin goes back to normal price.

Beware tokens with yield farms!

So how do you guys feel about NFTs now? Has the bubble burst and we are rebounding, or does the bubble still have plenty of air? It would seem that uber-confidence in Ethereum (thanks to Mark Cuban?) is propelling a lot of NFT-driven projects back upward. Glad to see this baby's got life in her yet.

For me, the best NFT to invest is not only them that has intrinsic art value but also real utility in the specific platform or circumstance, probably a rare item in a game or you can check a project called Mogul. Mogul productions is a decentralized film financing (DeFi) and NFT platform built on blockchain (according to their site). They have a partnership with Marvel & D.C Comics artist, Rob Prior to creating 3 rare NFTs, inspired by Star Wars. You can do your own research regarding their project.

Is opensea.io currently the only market? Where else can you find an NFT offer?

It's coming, someday soon I imagine. They created an official WAX account a week ago:

https://wax.bloks.io/account/mlb.topps

Here's Topps' announcement of the initial Garbage Pail Kids release, from last year:

https://www.topps.com/blog/the-topps-company-partners-with-wax-to-bring-garbage-pail-kidscollectible-cards-to-life-on-the-blockchain-.html

They've released 5 additional GPK series after that. The most recent is something called "Food Fight", the most interesting thing about it is each physical pack includes a little redemption voucher for a WAX GPK NFT... Or maybe you have to collect a bunch of them to get 1 NFT. Something like that. Anyway, it's a way to introduce WAX to a whole new audience, including Walmart and Target shoppers, which is why its my favorite altcoin as of late.

Wow. I have to say I'm quite impressed with WAX's level of mainstream adoption so far. Topps releasing NFTs is a huge plus for increasing adoption of Blockchain technology worldwide. This could bring many investors into WAX, effectively pumping its price on the market faster than you could've ever imagined. I wonder which other companies will be next?  I'm going to invest in these new NFTs from Topps to see how well it goes over the long term. With the hype going on with NFTs right now, I'd expect demand for the "Garbage Pail Kids" NFT to skyrocket. This will be on my list of long-term investments alongside CryptoKitties, and virtual properties on Decentraland. Smiley

Unfortunately this is also true. I'd love the parade to go on forever, but it won't, and when the music stops, it's gonna take everything decent down with it. The good ideas will eventually rebound; they usually do.

Yeah. Not all that glitters is Gold. The market is full of many NFTs because of the hype surrounding the industry. It will all go down the drain once the hype fades away. Only legitimate projects with solid ideas will last a lifetime. Who knows what will the NFT world look like in 5 - 10 years from now? Wink

Small Love Potion, breed Axies (cute animals). Grin And of course CHR Chromia. Oh, I forgot ROWKET Cheesy
Small love potion is good to collect playing and to sell next, but I don't know if it worths holding. Now it's at 5 cents price, but it's due to high ethereum gas fees. The price was stable between 1 and 3 cents before gas went up. I think there is too much supply of SLPs, what makes the investment risky for holders.
I think even holding a special Axie is more interesting than investing in SLPs, although we have to keep in mind Axies Infinity trend may decrease, like Pokemon GO hype.

If you look at NFT collectibles that have been around the longest like Rare Pepes and CryptoKitties they have lost a lot of value over time after the fad died down. Now we see NFTs becoming popular again. Maybe NFTs that are connected to celebrities could be worth a lot some day but there is no reason to believe that this fad will calm down and most of these tokens will be worthless. It is already difficult to resell NFTs at a higher price unless there is a token that rewards users for trading NFTs as was the case with RARI which was launched by Rarible.

This is the reason why you need to be very careful in buying these NFTs as you don't know possible scenarios in the future when NFTs are not hype anymore. How can you assure that somebody will buy your NFT possession someday? How can it be a valuable collectible item for people? Because for me, I also don't see any importance of these NFT unless, you can sell it to a die-hard fan of that specific NFT item and is willing to pay no matter how much. And that I think, is very rare to find.

as nft that could also grow a lot in value in the future I think they have good potential cryptopunks, decentraland, cryptokitties, god of war, beeple special edition, cryptocelebrities

it's still too far to become a reality. The fact that you must have faced various development progress. I don't even think the big game like god of war will be using NFT.

NFT should be focused into the game that can be easily traded between player to player and it will be quite difficult to be implemented into the game that focused on the gameplay like god of war.

Imo NFTS which worth investment is NFTs for games and for farming / staking. And NFTs art which worth investing is all art from Beeple which successfully sold 69million dollar.
Indeed, the average person is attracted to the average person who can provide the benefits as you call it and even now there are a lot of projects with the NFT concept. many also give it free to every user who does complete the airdrop. What concerns me is that now with so many of these concepts, if later trust decreases, the NFT will also be worthless. always thinking about the worst
won't the crypto market always be like that? yes, we definitely wish them well for the crypto market.
but what happens in the market is always changing. the momentum of successful ICO and IEO. and now the market trends focus on the momentum created by the DeFi and NFT projects.
we will follow it to the end.

WAX was initially created with in-game items in mind (specifically skins), but they found that using Ethereum simply wasn't practical as nobody is going to trade a $2 item with a $1 transaction fee (these days its $20). So they forked the EOS blockchain and repurposed it with NFTs in mind.

Over the last year I've watched a few daring physical collectors cross over into the NFT space, starting with Topps launching the Garbage Pail Kids series on WAX. Most diehard GPK collectors could care less, but there is a certain percentage drawn toward the idea of digital collectibles.

This market will be amplified significantly when Topps releases their baseball cards, as that is a huge audience. Previous Topps Digital releases sell out in minutes. The demand is there.

But on top of all this, I do believe the NFT market in general is in a bubble. When it will pop, nobody really knows. After that point, we'll see which NFT-related business was meant to survive.

Interesting. I was not aware about the WAX blockchain. Being a direct fork of the EOS blockchain, comes with its perks. People will be able to buy/sell NFTs on the WAX blockchain without the need to pay high fees or wait hours for the transaction to get confirmed on the network. The most realistic use case for an NFT would be in-game items and digital collectibles. If Topps issues digital baseball cards as NFTs, I'd invest on them without thinking it twice. Such collectibles could be worth a fortune as baseball cards are admired by many collectors worldwide.

Nonetheless, I believe that the NFT market is a bubble. It shouldn't be long enough before the bubble "pops", as the hype fades away. Only legitimate projects with real use cases for the mainstream world will survive. My guess is that the NFT market will reduce significantly after the craze is over. Heavy-handed regulations by the government and other things will make this happen faster than you could've ever imagined. After all, governments want a piece of the pie. With how everything seems to be heading to, I think NFTs' fate will be the same as ICOs. Just my opinion Smiley

I know the NFT market is quite a risky one, as "not all that glitters is gold". Yet, I've seen many people making millions of dollars in an instant by selling highly-demanded NFTs. The NFT hype sparked my curiosity, as I became interested on making money buying and selling digital art, in-game items, paintings, etc. As far as I'm aware, CryptoKitties are one of the best NFT investments you could make right now since they tend to appreciate in value over time. Still, I'm eager to know which other NFTs are worth it as a long term investment.

Any help, suggestions, and/or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley

I would say - NONE! I know very few people are making millions but they have a different credibility in their real life. For an average joe like you and me, there is no value of NFT. For an example, Elom Musk is planning to sell his first tweet as NFT and that will probably go in millions. But you and I want to sell our first tweet as NFT, that wouldn't have any value at all.

NFT is just a craze right now! It will go away sooner just like it had appeared. It will surely die a bitter death than ICOs. So don't invest in any NFT, rather buy and hold Bitcoin and ETH for long term!
