Honestly speaking until now it's not clear to me why or how those NFT's has gained too much value which already reaches millions of dollars, My interesting question is where the NFT's or Non-fungible tokens demand came from? It's not clear to me thats why I'm afraid that it was another hype or a bubble that waiting to be burst in no time, just like Defi's in its early stage that resulting in huge losses to many users and investors. But still, I'm open and interested to learn more about NFT's to gain a better understanding of them.

If anyone wants to check out what the hottest-selling NFT brands currently are, I recommend checking out:

https://www.cryptoslam.io/

They rank the top 50 or so NFT projects by sales volume. As expected, 8 of the top 10 are hosted on Ethereum, while the #1, NBA Top Shots, is hosted on the Flow blockchain (which is highly centralized and I don't think is in it for the long haul.

The #9 spot in the top 10 is occupied by the Street Fighter II series, which is hosted on the WAX blockchain. If you hadn't heard, WAX is coming up fast, thanks to NFT series releases by Topps, Atari and now Capcom. I recommend giving it a look as it is not yet a top 100 coin by market cap, but will be soon (IMHO, don't @ me).

If you want to check out a WAX-specific NFT marketplace, I would give this website a browse, there's a lot going on; a lot of cheap NFTs that can be transacted cheaply:

If NFT still has a value for a few years later, I recommend you to check Dego.finance https://dego.finance/
it works in Ethereum and BSC network, what is more their NFT is not only a collectible but it can be used as mining tool.
there should be no reason for you who is looking for NFT investment to not buying it, since it is double win solution for you.

Agreed, but it should be noted that if NFT has so many forms but the only NFT that gives benefit to the its owner will be very valuable in the future.
The problem is how long the hype for NFT can sustain we know that when the defi trend was happening last year and so many defi platforms dead after it was not getting hyped again. That already proven that if NFT needs to bring a lot of benefits to the holders.
The art NFT should be excluded from this but again some games already implemented NFT too.

I suggest Lost Relics blockchain game's items. So far this is the best blockchain game I have ever seen (it actually has a real gameplay, not just default cards games) which has been growing in users number very fast on the last weeks. The game is similar to Runescape (MMORPG) where you level up your character, fight enemies and train skills. It works in Enjin platform.
Yes, or almost similar to Diablo gameplay too.
I loved playing it for a while but their maintenance is taking too long.
I guess they are trying their best to make the game better and not just for profits.

It could go long term if ever they will try to make the game F2Play accommodating to have harvesters in game.  Grin
I suggest the same. Lost Relics blockchin items. Use it in game and get your ROI back then profits later.

If you have unlimited fund to bid for an art auction, you can go to christie's auction website where you can find many beautiful and unique arts. https://www.christies.com/ I am sure they're worth to invest.

But if you want to bid some reasonable price nft, you can go to https://opensea.io/ where you can bid many interesting arts or digital collectible stuffs.

I know the NFT market is quite a risky one, as "not all that glitters is gold". Yet, I've seen many people making millions of dollars in an instant by selling highly-demanded NFTs. The NFT hype sparked my curiosity, as I became interested on making money buying and selling digital art, in-game items, paintings, etc. As far as I'm aware, CryptoKitties are one of the best NFT investments you could make right now since they tend to appreciate in value over time. Still, I'm eager to know which other NFTs are worth it as a long term investment.

Any help, suggestions, and/or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Smiley

NFT: non fungible tokens are the main attraction for investors and project developers. In my opinion, NFT is only like satisfaction and luxury if someone can buy an NFT project that is too expensive. several digital asset companies are already using NFTs.

The ,,Classical Art'' withstands time and people really want to buy it ,because it is really cool when you have a piece of art that was created for example 500 years ago. The concrete society may agree that X- art costs millions because of beauty and public opinion dominated in this circle of people. So, That's    why it is  valuable, People enjoy its sights and think they will never lose it, but what we can say in NFT's situation? Is it as time resistant
as physical art?

When it comes to investing in NFTs, one thing you definitely want to ask yourself is how long is that blockchain going to be around, or how long is the server hosting the data for NFT going to be around? If either one of those things go down, there is no more NFT.

The blockchain that hosts the NBA Hot Shot series, one of the best-selling NFT series, is highly centralized, which begs the question: what happens to everybody's NFTs if the company goes under and stops supporting the blockchain?

Physical items can pretty much last forever, so for digital items to mimic that, their blockchain needs to be robust and built for longevity.

Maybe it's still carried away by the hype if in the long run I don't know, as far as I know NFT from Muse I can generate coins and that's one of my NFTs that was useful until now but has a drawback if you don't feed her NFT it will die

In my opionion an NFT worth to buy is NFT which used for games, there is a value there as long as many player play the game, an for digital art sometimes the price for it is more like speculations, because rich people sometimes use it for avoiding tax. If you lucky enough NFT for digital art can gives you money for your entire life. Its like a gamble.

I’m also on a search mode about the current hype of NFT and the main reason why its booming, because for me its too risky to invest on peak mode, so I really have to spend time looking for great deals.

Top NFT on the market doesn’t mean a good buy already, you still have to confirm more details before buying. Some project are still undervalued, and that’s the best project you should look for. Will also take note the suggestions here, and will share some infos as well.

I'm trying to look on some cool NFTs that suits what I like when it comes to arts. Luckily there are a wide range of varieties to choose from wherein my taste is there PLUS the chance to rise in value over time is also good. A personal advice though, NFT is a new niche that is yet to prove its appeal on the market. Though we might be seeing a lot of million dollar sales of NFTs, there are no assurances whatsoever that we'll be able to replicate those success.

Also, thanks for mentioning CryptoKitties. I happened to stumble across those while randomly surfing the web and forgot its name. Reminds me of the game Neko Atsume which I am very fond of for years.

I do invest some money on good NFT projects and not just about the art, I can say that games with NFT are also growing so you can try to search for more details about Axie. Also, to make your analysis become easier, you can just look at the top NFTs and see what projects are worth investing.

Theta is also good right now, its on top and there's a lot of time to buy before their THETA Mainnet this can be your profitable investment with NFT so start analyzing this one now. Anyway, here's the list of the top NFT tokens. https://coinmarketcap.com/view/collectibles-nfts/

The best analytics on this site

CryptoKitties is not the most popular NTF project now, so the same can happen with other projects. You will buy an expensive NTF token and in a few years the project will lose its relevance.
If my friend came to me for advice on buying an NFT token, I would dissuade him from this investment.

Go for the NBA NFTs. Get those superstars NFT or those that are related to Kobe and Lebron. That's just my opinion because for every piece that's dealing with NBA, they're worth to take especially if the art made is for those superstars or the others.

Don't buy digital arts if you can't use it. Look, game items are valuable because players can wear them, increasing stats/power, or whatever. If you plan to collect NFT, consider something that can give you some power-up (advantage) in gaming, trading, etc. Not just some random digital arts, because what stops them from reproducing the art if it's not written a legit (legal) contract.

This was the same way I got curious to know what NFTs are and what I can actually do with them, I wasted my money investing in some NFTs which I don't even know how to sell them right now, I also bought some cheap crypto kitties last year and till now, they are still sitting in my wallet cus I can't find a way to sell them cus the transaction fees in Ethereum blockchain is even higher than what the sell proceed will be after the sell, so as it is, am stuck with some drawings which I think are totally useless as I can't do anything with them.
