There is no doubt that mass adoption is certainly a better option if we are looking long term.Bitcoin needs as larger user base to achieve their full potential and this is not a process that happens overnight.There will be a lots ups and downs-pumps and dumps on that road.
For people who just want quick profit some huge price increase will be much better,for others who wish Bitcoin to succeed and be stable, mass adoption is a much better way.

Yup buddy. Even I wish to go with mass adoption because If we gather more people to adopt into the bitcoin community. If we get best fortune 500 companies to adopt bitcoin means Sure bitcoin price will reach somewhere around in 10000$ or more than that...

Yeah right mass adoption is more needed and if it will happen it can also affect the price of bitcoin. because if more adoption like more merchant will accept bitcoin as payment and more stores online and bitcoin is acceptable locally it can affect the value of bitcoin since many investors will come and use bitcoin.. because the price is always depends in demand and supply.

Mass adoption is better for me because if many will know and start using it, its price will increase because of a high demand. People around me won't laugh at me anymore on what i am doing because they already know about bitcoin and the future of it.
I prefer also and voted mass adoption. As we know market is dictate by supply and demand,meaning when there is a mass adoption alo means big demand and this community supporters will determine the price of the said coin.

Two things are related with each other i think. When people adopt bitcoin, the price of it will increase naturally. I think bitcoin will be raise more than 800 dollar in 2017.

Just like everybody here, my vote goes to mass adoption. Because of simple reason that the more people are patronizing and using bitcoin then the demand would be higher and it will surely gave bitcoin a guarantee that it would goes a long long way. It could even make bitcoin price higher because of the huge demand for it. I hope that one day bitcoin would really have many users around the world.

Since i see many people only care or focus about bitcoin price and they say it's good for bitcoin future. But, of course we know bitcoin is a currency and we need people who use/accept bitcoin as currency.

Huge price is not that much appreciated till Bitcoin is adopted by Mass public, because everyone wanted to use bitcoin in their daily life as they are using fiat currency and for that Mass Adoption is surely needed so only you can fullfil your dreams.
the interesting thing to know about these two is that they have a hand in hand kind of relationship which means when one of these happens the other happens too.
for example when the mass adoption occurs there will be a big price rise and usually when price rise happens there is so much publicity for bitcoin that it helps mass adoption.

If i want to think selfish then huge price increase will be better because I already hold on to the bitcoin, so for sure i will get huge profit by huge price increase, however it is going to last for a short time, but if I choose mass adoption, it will be great for long term profit, it will also give advantage of bitcoin, the price won't be increase much but it will stable and the value will keep on increasing

Mass adoption off course is the permanent solution for stability and healthy future for Bitcoin. It is true huge price increase will be helpful to investors to make some bucks but isn't going to help Bitcoin. A gradually increase in price with maintaining balance in adoption will not only make its future better but also make it much more solid and trustworthy for common man.

Mass adoption actually causes a price increase in bitcoin, so the basic thing we need for bitcoin is mass adoption because once that is achieved, the price would automatically increase with the time.
Exactly mass adoption means more investment, more sales and last thing that i consider was the lesser supply which of course in the law of demand and supply the higher the supply the lower the price vice versa.

Even OP said there no connection or were not talking mass adoption for price increase but still it would still happen though. I would really prefer mass adoption so that we could able to use our bitcoin in its fullest potential and with this way we would not able to have problems on how we gonna use it. Mass adoption would really impacts on bitcoins price because the demand arises on that state therefore the more the demand the value would increase and you cant stop it.

I would vote for mass adoption. On that way Bitcoin would be available to the wider population which is actualy the goal, to be globaly accepted.
Although huge price increase sounds attractive this cor also create some kind of Bitcoin elite which at the end probably would not be good for Bitcoin.

Mass adoption for sure, cause bitcoin price determine supply and demand. With mass adoption we can count that demand will increase, supply will stay the same (learn more about bitcoins) that will make price go up for sure.
Just huge price increase will not be good for bitcoin, that will reject many people from bitcoin, it will attract rich people but in this world there is more people without money. Mass adoption will go trough that poor people, or to say us, cause I`m poor and many others here. Bitcoin means a lot to us and real support will come from poor masses.
