I have read almost every reply. And from what I have come to known that, some of you agree with that and some of you don't. I also have learned something from this.
The process we start from is learning. As we learn, we gather knowledge. And when the knowledge is put into practice, we gain experience. Then it all comes back to a circle. When we experience new things, we learn more, thus collecting more knowledge. Then we apply them in works and gain the experience again. It will keep happening over and over until we become a master at it.

You make your own experience by putting previous ones together, and you come up with a new one.

This has been a great learning session for me. Thanks to everyone for sharing your thoughts. Hope this will help others too.

Of course, both are important, you can't have experience without knowledge, and if you only have knowledge without experience, then you can't do anything, and you can't make a profit. Both are important, and they complement each other, I have not seen anyone lacking either of these succeed in any industry, not just crypto.

Talking about experience, not all things that already have that experience can be used as a reference I think.
At the beginning I was here, I found a lot of good people from social media, forums and even in the real world today, there are many people who were in Bitcoin even before me, but that doesn't mean their experience can be a good thing because not a few people have being in a circle like this for a long time is also limited to knowing and not deepening especially with those who lack literacy so that the conditions when the discussion only goes one way for me personally considering that they only carry out discussions only from those they have ever met, even though it's good but it's a little less because of course when other people's experiences are done in ours I think it's going to overlap.

Seeking experience with previous people is very good but it also has to be a choice, on the other hand studying yourself while honing your intuition and research I don't think it's wrong because it's also necessary for ourselves.

I agree with you that both knowledge and experience are important in bitcoin education. As you rightly pointed out, knowledge gives us a basic understanding of how bitcoin works and what features it provides. However, to be successful in bitcoin investing or using bitcoin in everyday life, one must also have the experience to know how to put this knowledge into practice.
I think it's important to find a balance between knowledge and experience. Gaining knowledge from a variety of sources such as books, articles, and online courses will help you understand the basic principles behind how Bitcoin works. However, in order to gain experience, one must try to use bitcoin in practice, for example, by buying it or accepting it as payment.
I also find that talking to those who already have bitcoin experience can be very helpful. They can share their knowledge and experience to help you avoid mistakes, save time and money, and improve your chances of success.

Basically, experience allows you to gain knowledge. Of course getting into Bitcoin, you need to study something first so you'll know what you're entering. But there are knowledge that you can't learn by just simply reading and researching online. When I first explored this space, I started by searching about it online and then ask someone I know who have prior knowledge in crypto. Then after that, when I tried everything myself, that's where I learned deeper knowledge that I wouldn't understand by just reading it. For me, experience is still the best teacher.

So in conclusion, if you are new and want to learn something about Bitcoin, ask the guy who has a lot of experience. Then it becomes knowledge to yourself. Then applying that knowledge and going through some trials and errors, you can gain the same experience. It is important to learn them both in my opinion. But you need to follow the path of what to do when. That way, I am sure success is guaranteed.
I agree with this, I already experienced this before especially when I started to learn Bitcoin.
I tend to ask questions to people who got more experience because I believe as they stay longer in a thing, they more familiarize it and master it, so it means they are good on what they are doing as they know what they are doing.

Knowledge can be of several types such as knowledge from books, knowledge from various online sources, knowledge from friends etc. Knowledge gives a person courage to succeed in that thing. but experience builds a person's confidence in that thing. when someone wants to learn about Bitcoin and he takes the help of someone who has knowledge about Bitcoin then he can learn as much as he can.  If he takes help from an experienced person he can learn more than that.  So I personally think experience is more important than knowledge in trading

Both of them has to be very important and they're both needed for someone to become successful when investing in Bitcoin. Before investing, we have to make ourselves to have knowledge on what we're investing in.

Investing without a knowledge of what we're investing in is just gambling since we're only trying our luck and waiting on the outcome. We have to do our personal research before we invest in Bitcoin and when that is down we get knowledge.

The experience plays its part when we're now involved in the market, by this time we'll need to learn from others experience which prevents us from making mistakes or learn from our very own mistakes and take decision that'll make us successful.

In general, experience and knowledge are totally related to each other and without gaining them, you won’t succeed in this field. Furthermore, it is really important to educate yourself before even starting and there is no need to be hasty even when you have a large capital, that would be definitely perilous Plus, remember that beginnings are always tough even when you’re completely educated , it means you might face some obstacles and lose a some money . However, everything will get better with practice ( experience). In addition to that, make sure you to build  strategies and plans, they may help you to improve your decision making. Every strategy must apply on each market's condition.

If you keep on relying on experienced bitcoiners, that will only help you temporarily but will never help you grow personally. That is why it’s important that you possessed both knowledge and experiences in life so that you can dwell on every worst situation that comes even without the help of experts. Bitcoin is not just all about knowledge, it’s more on practical application so that you can come up with good and reliable analysis to make you profitable and successful.

Everyone feedback was based on their personal experience and points of view towards this question.
At a normal circumstances we need the knowledge although most of us who are not educated may need experience to operate with while those who are educated fully needs knowledge to start with. In bitcoin investment, you need an experienced individuals or trader to guide you through the journey of your investment for you to be able to excel through that parts. As a lecturer or a grade school teacher you need knowledge to be able to stand the public to teach or speak to them why because there will be lots of questions from sides to sides and if one is not knowledgeable enough there is no way such person would be able to withstands such pressure. So knowledge is mostly needed before experience, experience comes after you might finished.

Bitcoin is one risky investment and for you to be profitable on it, you should have both knowledge and experience as that will definitely make you a successful and profitable bitcoin investor or trader. Knowledge alone makes no sense, but if you make it as your advantage and develop your best skills out from your gained knowledge, then you will be more valuable and successful in your chosen investment.

I am on the bitcointalk forum as a non knowledge and non experience user. My journey started to gain knowledge [both basic and technical knowledge], that I have to do in my much active time on forum. It took me a long time to learn something as new as bitcoin back then, but the knowledge itself has benefited me a lot. Experience on the other hand comes through practice with success and failure, but both are equal.

The end point is that knowledge and experience can be gained from forum by study and practice. It's not as easy as turning your palm of course, it takes time and consistency as well as great curiosity about something.

It is a no-brainer that both knowledge and experience is essential.  Learning to mastering is a process.  First, it is obvious that we need knowledge in order to do things and we need the experience to master things.  These two concepts are inseparable if we wanted to excel in any aspect of life.

You cannot do anything without any action.  So if you applied the knowledge of what you learned you can then gain experience in how that knowledge works.  So as I stated it is inseparable.

For example, you gain knowledge on setting up a wallet.  Then you set up a wallet, and by then you gain experience in setting up a wallet.  Isn't it too obvious that both can't be ignored?

Both knowledge and experience has a very vital role to play in learning Bitcoin. Most people that have knowledge about blockchain technology find it very easy to learn Bitcoin and understand it better than people that don't have knowledge, while people with experience also learn very fast because of the initial experience they have.

If we would really just be needing to choose one then i would definitely be choosing up "EXPERIENCE". Why? Once you do have some experience then you would eventually gained up knowledge which is something that inevitable or something that you would really be able to gain along the way. I agree on what most people been saying on here is that having both would be the best because once you do also have the knowledge on what you are doing then you would be able to gain more via more experience and this do simply shows up about mutual benefits or having that back and forth gains as long you are really that wary
about your actions because if you arent that making such move or really having those plans then it wouldnt really be that progressive or something that you would be able to gain up.

For me, I won't dispute between the two because both are important. As someone with experience, you must be knowledgeable in the application of your experience because you might be experienced on this topic and still fails. With this, I will also go with the person with experience but also be knowledgeable in his or her dealings on this matter.

In order to learn anything, we need the proper knowledge. In any situation, it is so important. And applying that knowledge in different situation and making wins and losses we gain experience.
So in that process, can you only depend on one thing? It is important to gain knowledge to be able to get the best results in any situation. But can you be successful with only knowledge and not without having enough experience?
In the first place, why should you even think about trying to limit yourself when you could possibly learn everything?
Knowledge is never complete without experience and as such if I'm to learn any skill, I will never choose any of the half-bake individual you just suggested, but will rather choose someone who has both knowledge and practical experience on any trade or skill I intend to learn, so that as theory is been taught, practical can also be initiated for full understanding, not to mention about crypto whereby if a user has no experience, he/she could end up sending a lost transfer.

Internet knowledge= theories
Experience overtime= practical.
Both have difference results on the investment and the financial analysis of the ops and this can be reflected in the outcome of their financial statements and investment results.

So if you ask me I will say experience plus knowledge= of successful financial decisions born out of track records with years of experience and knowledge of different times. It requires time to build both experience and knowledge and both are what pay off in the long term.

Only those who got shot once in their life knows how bullets in the body hurts, it's a very bad experience, a near death experience, but those who haven't gotten shot before won't dare come out in the open and ask someone to shoot them.

They don't want to experience it and they are ready to stay away from guns forever, in cryptic space we don't want to get scammed, but those who have lost funds to scammers are more carefully than those who haven't experienced it yet.

Still no one wants to lose money to scammers, having knowledge and experiencing something or an even are both different things, You don't have to have an experience of something bad or evil before you have some knowledge.

There are some people in the crypto space that haven't lost funds to scammers before and that doesn't make them relent or feel like a god, they already have the knowledge to secure their funds themselves.

Both knowledge and experience are important in learning Bitcoin. Knowledge about Bitcoin's technology, history, and market trends can help you understand the underlying principles of this cryptocurrency and make informed decisions about buying, selling, or investing in it. However, experience is also essential to learning about Bitcoin, as it allows you to put your knowledge into practice, learn from mistakes, and gain a deeper understanding of how the market works.

In short, while knowledge provides a solid foundation for understanding Bitcoin, experience allows you to apply that knowledge in real-world scenarios, which can help you develop a more nuanced understanding of this complex and rapidly evolving cryptocurrency.
