As far as I know, you could always just change the amount of transaction fee you're willing to pay. They do have the option to specify your own fee by clicking on the Advance Send Button on the lower left of the pop-up screen.
Although this would, of course, run the risk of either delays on your confirmations or even be ignored.(This isn't generally advised.)

Now for wallets with no fees, there's Coinbase and Xapo. Though between the two I'd prefer Coinbase. But, be careful and do read their TOS as they have rules like No Funds to/from gambling sites. These two are quite known for freezing user's account.  Roll Eyes

I believe that Xapo wallet don't have fees...

You can move you thread to here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=222.0 or search for more info in this section about web wallets.
Does not Xapo charge anything for on chain transactions? How do they cover the cost?

$20. But you get the first year of annual fees free-of-cost! The Card Issuance Fee will be debited from your Xapo wallet in bitcoin when you

order your card, so make sure to fund your wallet first. Please check the full list of card spending fees in our Debit Card FAQs.... according to

their site. Xapo to Xapo wallets is free {off-chain}

I'm using blockchain wallet for two years now and never had any problems and issues. The thing is I don't keep much coins there because I don't have them so I'm not afraid of losing them.
I also have Xapo but more because of debit card so I keep there as much as I intend to spend. It depends on your needs but don't keep much coins in online wallets.

I strongly suggest you to use wallets like blockchain.info and electrum and don't use fee free wallets like xapo and coinbase which doesn't give you access to private key of the bitcoin addresses which contain your bitcoin. Both xapo and coinbase don't have fees for internal payments but to withdraw bitcoin to external address they charge normal bitcoin network fee.

Personally think you should get used to using more than one. Blockchain used to be the sole one I was using till I kept running into them being down for maintenance and I start grabbing others to look into. I like mycellium for ease of use but I think its important that we try out all the wallets and find our own personal fit. Sometimes we can be quirky and find one wallet that works that others found aweful.
Going to try a new wallet soon,just to see if I like it or not.

You can try coinbase and xapo for no cost for transaction but for small amount 1 cents coinbase is the best to use since i tried their service but never get any errors.
For xapo i experience some problem there and it is hard to log in because of verification problem..

I never understood this too lol to be honest I don't use Xapo...

Maybe they have an card service, so the free fee thing can attract people to use their debit card, something like that.

Have in mind that if you don't send any fees, specially for a small amount of BTC, you risk that your transaction gets stuck. With bitcoin core you can recover them, but I don't know what would happen if your transaction gets stuck in an online wallet.
