I ordered my CryptoPay a few days ago and it shipped instantly, problem with most others is that there's a waiting list.

one of these will be big at some point, no doubt. my money is on tenx but i could be wrong, cards will be huge in 2018.
what makes all of these projects different? Are they all competing for the same market share? Do some appeal strictly to consumers or strictly businesses?

I would like to recommend you to buy some PAY (TenX) coin since the dev team has already release some useful credit card and there is a very attractive market strategy which I think will have a great market performance.

TenX would be good investment for short term but I am not interested in such card coins as I don't see them as good long term investment.

Go into CPAY. CryptoPay already has an on-going payment card business, and they'll be using the ICO crowdfunds to open up an exchange which trades Btc with US-Stocks.
I have invested in Centra Card and Proof token which will also issue it's own card. I do have a few Monaco tokens as well but not many. I missed the TENX train so I will check out the others that you have mentioned as well for good measure. We need these debit cards. I am also investing more in BQX because they will have a massive crypto wallet if they can pull it off in a year or two. 
I tried to research some payment card projects and would be interested in your opinion. If I forgot some legit projects, I would be happy if you suggest them to me.
