the top of the list is fortunejack? wow, never imagine it can be that bad.
its not bad at all(based on my experience) its just that op had a bad experience with the site that's why its on the top of the list. also it doesn't have the highest votes.
I have played some dice on FJ some months ago, and my experience was not bad as well. But then NLNico pointed out that FJ had been faking stats and I think it made them look pretty bad. Anyway, my vote goes to 999dice.
never heard that it has been reported fortunejack was faking stats. any source? i am quite interested to read about that. that's really a dishonest move.
May be you can read
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12501257 and the posts in the following few pages.
TL;DR: FJ said the number is correct, and later said the number is wrong because of a bug. NLNico believed it was a deliberate lie.
I think we can't just blame OP because not only this OP got the problem with FJ. If you look at the poll results FJ is in top 3 spot so there are many people not happy with FJ.
I think nothing wrong in that because he has just shared his opinion. He thinks that he don't have luck with that site so he don't want to play and he didn't ask either you or others not to play. Gambling itself is full of luck and if one think don't have luck there means just avoid it.
He just shared his experience with the site and he never said any thing bad about the site. We all can express what ever we feel is correct for our self.
I think lazy ppl would just read the title, look straight up the poll, maybe give a quick look through couple of comments and consider all those listed are scam. this poll look like a black list already.
It looks like you're the most lazy guy in this thread. OP just asking which site you don't like to gamble, reason may be any thing. No need to react so much but try to read the thread full details first.
Those numbers and tables you are trying to bring up are wrong and has nothing to do with our database, and there is no way you could have access to that kind of information.
However, we approve there was a bug counting it. One of the games (fortune wheel) was excluded from the trigger for a short period of time (when we changed our currency rates provider) and the bets were summed up without multiplying it on an exchange rate. The issue was fixed later, but the wager forgetfully remained untouched. It took some time to analyse the code and history of FortuneJack updates.
We think exaggerating total wager would be a cheap marketing trick and would never distribute wager that high on the landing page on purpose, knowing it would raise a lot of questions in a highly curious community like Bitcointalk.
FortuneJack has accepted his wrong doing only after arguing with members so may be lot of people don't trust them any more.
