i think everyone has their own way of trading according to their skill, education and experience, to me my best way of trading is that i always start from investing a small amount in start and after that i gradually increase my investment from time to time.
Trading and education does not necessarily correlate with each other, just experience and skill alone can make a good fortune in the trading world and if you are planning to earn a good amount of money make sure you are investing your money in the right coins.
yes that is right but i think if you are well educated and specially your education is about trading then it can also helpful to you. and secondly your luck is also play important role in your success in trading.

It is all depend on your skill and your luck, bitcoin price is more stable rather than alt coin so, if you are trading with bitcoin sometimes you can only earn little, while trading with alt coin is more risky, the price can suddenly go up only for a while and the go down quickly

Trading in Bitcoin/Altcoin is better and it yields more profit and at the same time, its highly risky. Better do a thorough market survey before investing in any altcoin.

Hm you have good step before do trading dude, but it is not promise we are not lose in trade. I think from experience of lose trade you will have motivated to keep reading and learning how to become good trading player. I am agree with your statement that learn from do market survey thoroughly.

I will go with BTC with altcoins. Just pick the altcoin that will not just disappear. Maybe you could go with the altcoin threas to see those whom you could trust.

Exactly, one can earn profits in single pair and on the other hand one might incur loss with the same pair so it all depends on skills, experience and fortune. One must be able to get all of three if he wants to get assured returns. Smart trades make money while price is rising and also when price is falling and newbies might suffer loss when price is rising and even when price is falling.

My way isnt necessarily best in fact its probably far from it but i just fot btc to altcoin trading and vice versa. Once my bitcoin is in an altcoin i just assume that bitcoin is now lost and trade that until i cxan either take out a profit or its gone. I dont like to do fiat to btc trades because i dont like the idea of getting locked out of bitcoin by trading at the wrong time and to me it seems like you need to have to much bitcoin in order to do fiat to btc and vice versa.

Altcoin market is more difficult to predict, also it's easy to manipulate, although you have a capital to trade btc/fiat there's possible it's not worth, unless you choose a good altcoin with you have been followed the trends.
Obviously since there is less amount of money on those markets then it is easier for exchanges or whales to manipulate the market to their advantage and get away with maneuvers that will not be possible if they tried to do that in the bitcoin market.

Each have difference of opinion in the methods of trading. In such manner I too follow the same way of trading by starting from small amount, because initially we won't be having more knowledge about trading. At that time we might experience loss. So its better to start with small amount and move forward gradually based upon the profit or loss experienced.

So I assume you guys suggesting to do trading with long term on altcoin?
So it will feel like an investment too? Basically yeah you need a good amount as a starting capital
Without quite big capital you might will trade feel like wasting time
I prefer to do scalping, take a little profit and close order immediately.

Newbies on trading should do proper research before venturing out to trade in the first place. Bitcoin vs fiat, Bitcoin vs Altcoin are the best.

You should try buying some bitcoin with fiat first when prices drop below 400$. Next watch the altcoins market for the fluctuations. Buy them at targeted low prices and then hold them till they cross a targeted sell price. But dont sell all at once when prices rise - you never know how much it may rise, sell fractions to get back your capital and get profits. If you sell all then you are out of the market, you will have to wait till prices to drop before you can buy more.
From my experience there are two forms of trading in the crypto currency world one is with  fiat and other is altcoin ,by the way you are quoting as if there are several other methods and for your information the prices of bitcoin wont go below $400 let alone i would be surprised if the price goes below $750 in the first place. The safest method is always buy low sell high and trade only high volume coins.

At present, I am doing a research on the most profitable trading method and I am wondering: Is it better to do btc/fiat trading or btc/altcoin trading?

Which method yields the highest profit?

The things you did is right, your doing research first is a good one to do for a newbie actually. Though by doing trading risk is always a tail of it but profit is also always there too. Just always do the simple rules in trading buy at low then sell at high price.

there is no doubt about this that trading require good knowledge about where you want to invest your money, for example if you are going to invest your money in alt coin it is important  for you to have good knowledge about the coin, for becoming a good trader it is also necessary to have some experience in trading.
No doubt that bitcoin is a really good investment for now, and putting money on it is a good way to make a profit.

But the thing is we can never be sure what the future of bitcoin holds for us, we cannot always predict that the price will keep rising this way for the next few years, so the best thing is not to get greedy and hold the bitcoin for so long that way you won’t regret.

Trading with long term plans would be better methodology as of now.
yes that is right to say as trading need a good strategy and if you have a good strategy in trading then you can certainly show good result in trading without any doubt, so making good strategy is also a factor of successful trading.

all of that is true but these things being true also means the altcoin market can be that much more profitable. when a price is manipulated, also known as pump and dumps you can get in prior to the pump and then get out prior to the top to gain a very good amount of profit out of it. the only hard part is that you should be watching all the signals.

Yeah that hard part is monitoring it. Will you waste that so much time hust by looking on how one crypto is going up and down. Some website markets dont have that limit to where it will stop. So it will end with making alarms when it hit the price that you want.
