Wow you have to vpn to play gta 5? And I thought I had problems...okay well there are a bunch of them you could use but it depends on what your preference is. Do you want many networks or do you want constant connection?
Do you want to be able to connect multiple devices or just one? Do you want to be able to trial it or pay upfront with no trial? After you figure this out I would say check out a few articles I will post them below

i am currently in china and GTA 5 is banned here. i have heard you can play it with a VPN but im not sure which VPN i should use. are the free VPNs useful?

You can use pure VPN for the whole computer and browsec for Google Chrome extension
Hi you can install openvpn and try vpngate. You can pick the server you like, just download the .ovpn config on the website, there is a lot to choose from. It's a free VPN though.
