MyEtherWallet [1] is open source and supporting ERC-20 tokens. You can use Samourai wallet [2] and Electrum [3] for Bitcoin (it's open source too and safe)

MEW does not have desktop app right?

Yes, Myetherwallet has no desktop app but you can open it directly using browser easily and it is the best wallet for me. There's a lot of wallet to choose but using a wallet is depends on the user if what kind of wallet they are comfortable and understand how to use it.
Do you consider the desktop or mobile app safer ?
why the regular request for use of mobile app?

I am using Coinomi wallet for 3 years. I have tested a lot of wallets but Coinomi still best for me. Coinomi is very easy to use for beginners or experts. Coinomi Wallet Fees is very low compared to other wallets. It Supports more than 1500 coins in their wallet.

I will always go with Myetherwallet because it supports multiple tokens. ethereum remains the most popular blockchain with the highest number of token. My etherwallet is compactible with other ethereum wallets extension. i prefer Myetherwallet over to Trustwallet because i am addicted to it. ethereum has been my favorite and best crypto so i prefer wallets that supports ethereum.

There are a lots of wallet available in the crypto space. Depending of your choice. Some of them are single chain based some of them are multichain supported. Some are web based, some only for pc users, and also some mobile wallets which are very popular at this moment. I normally don't prefer multichainwallet. I like to use official or official supported wallets. And I also use a lots of mobile wallet. And math wallet is one I go for. You can select which chain yiublike and then import that. Now it's upto you. Which you gonna pick.

Are there any wallets which allow you to have multiple addresses?

Trust wallet is the best because since I started using it for all my coins, they are safe. I use Trust wallet to store the following such as: 1) Bitcoin
2) Ethereum
3) litecoin
4) Tron
Since I started using trust wallet to store all my coins I have never experience scammer and my money is well safe in the trust wallet.

i have been using trezor wallet for long time. i am quite satisfied with this wallet. very user friendly, easy to use. Hardware wallets are usually considered to be safer. especially for long term holdings, trezor is a good option imo.

It's depend on what kind of wallet you want to use.
Mobile Wallet: I prefer to use Trust Wallet
Desktop Wallet: Electrum Wallet (but unfortunately only support BTC)
Offline/Hardware Wallet: Like the others I prefer to use Ledger Nano

all of them have their own advantages and disadvantages. more important than all that is how you secure your own wallet

Which wallet do you like the most?

snip

Trust Wallet, I really like this wallet. So far, I have had no problem using a Trust wallet and it's okay, it's safe. This wallet is a recommendation for beginners because it is very easy to use.

Trust wallet have met my needs for storing Crypto, Bitcoin, ERC20/ERC721, BEP2/BEP20, Polkadot, TRX, Litecoin, and many more. This wallet is sufficient or complete with DEX and DApp.

I like Ownr. It lets you create as many addresses as you need. But Ownr is closed source if it matters.

Most crypto wallets are not fully open source but I trust binance wallet more aka ( trust wallet ) ,some said it's half open source but I have no problem using this wallet for few years now, I believe that popular wallets that gives users private keys or Mnemonic seed are safe to use, Coinomi, Trust, Myether etc

Choosing a preferred wattet is based on choice. Different persons have what the seek in different wallets. For me aside owning a wallet that gives me access to having multiple btc address as a criteria. I also seek wallets with moderate charges and ease of  conversion to fiats. Just like bundles which comes with such benefits. So I strongly  believe choice of wallet is based on what each individual seeks

There's a lot of wallet online, but the commonly used is MEW or myetherwallet. It is also convenient to use. We can also used online exchange wallet if we have trust on such wallet to store our valued coins and tokens and this is good such that it is already on a wallet exchange already, it's ready to sell coins or tokens anytime when stored to an exchange market.

Me too use Exodus wallet on my desktop but only to store bitcoins.
For cell phones, trust wallet in my opinion is one of the best because they are constantly adding new features to the wallet they just added a dapp browser into the trust wallet app.

Whenever you hold the private keys and it isn't directly controlled by a third-party, consider it as the best wallet for security.
There isn't much you should look for wallets mostly except your security.
Avoid online wallets as much as possible, even if support from the devs is there, having issues is already annoying in the first place.
