I still use the erc20 Myether wallet. As time goes on and technology advances in the blockchain field, many open source wallets have sprung up. I tried Trust wallets. Transactions are also safe and fast, there are never obstacles.

I strongly recommend using Trust and Atomic wallets for getting the best performance on both Android and IOS phones. For desktop users, Electrum has done a good job for LTC and BTC transactions which is easy to set manual fees by checking the average transaction fee on apps. On the Jaxx Liberty ETH wallet, you can collect ERC20 tokens, many new crypto apps support two-factor authentication which is important fro attacks from hackers. BTW, there is a newly released app by MyEtherWallet which can be found on Google play store for downloading, this app can help the traders to access the ERC20 tokens easily by scanning the QR code.

Which wallet do you like the most? Personally I really like Exodus, the only con is that it's not fully open source, but other than that it's a great wallet!

Are there any wallets which allow you to have multiple addresses?
online multi-wallet, I use imtoken and trust wallet. beginner-friendly I think, it looks easy to understand. Imtoken, I used it for a long time, since the beginning of joining crypto, when I needed on time notification of incoming funds, while truswallet I used recently because of many interesting developments from dapps.
All wallets are safe as long as we really choose a trusted one, then secure the wallet as well as possible. Save the best possible backup phrase or add 2-fa, do whatever you can for maximum security.

I am using two different wallets,

For storing my altcoins, I use trust wallet. It was suggested by my friend, so far, I haven't experience any issues. And for bitcoin, I am using electrum, on electrum, you can use multiple addresses and you can really rest easy because it is secured.

Even though you use the safest wallet, but you can't protect it properly so it can be an uncomfortable wallet for you, actually the convenience of using a wallet depends on us in protecting it.

Coinbase, Coinomi.
Coinbase is a good exchange but not as a wallet.
Coinomi is a good multi-cryptocurrency wallet. But OP wants a not closed-source wallet which Coinomi is. Get a hardware wallet, they are good multi crypto wallet.

MyEtherWallet [1] is open source and supporting ERC-20 tokens. You can use Samourai wallet [2] and Electrum [3] for Bitcoin (it's open source too and safe)

[2] https://samouraiwallet.com/
[3] https://electrum.org/
I also use MyEtherWallet regularly, it's very easy to use and simple, I don't like complicated wallets like coibase.
MyEtherWallet is my choice when keeping ETH and tokens issued on the ERC20 platform.
For other currencies I usually use the wallet of the project itself to hold the coins.

I like projects based on the ERC20 platform and the wallets I currently use to store some of the tokens generated from ERC20 platform projects such as Trustwallet wallets and for online wallets like MyEtherWallet. i use this wallet to adapt to every project i follow.

Trust Wallet seems to me to be the best wallet so far. After having a crypto platform for a long time, until now, I have not used any multi-functional wallet like a Trust wallet. So considering all aspects, Trust Wallet is my number one choice.

If I'm to have my way, I'll go for the ledger nano wallet, which is a hard ware wallet and is more secured since the wallet is offline and only goes online when the owner wants to effect a transaction. The major challenge I have is that the value of the wallet is kinda expensive and my cryptocurrency portfolio is not high, so I'll rather go for the mobile wallet like trust wallet.

I currently use 3 wallets; Electrum, Atomic and, Exodus...
to save Bitcoin I only choose in Electrum but for Altcoins like Ethereum, Tron, ADA, LINK and NEO that I have, I prefer to save on Exodus and Atomic, besides that the advantage is that I can 'staking coins' as a long-term investment in Atomic and Exodus.

For ETH wallets and erc-20 tokens I always use myetherwallet, because it is easy to access, very safe for transactions and a fairly simple display. For bitcoin and altcoin, I always use mycelium and coinomi because it is very easy to hold for traveling while carrying a smart phone.

dumb question:

how to add ERC20 account to MEW?
As far as I know, you need to have the Name of Token and the contract address of that Token, from there you can easily add it to MEW. I haven't used it in a long time but that's how I used to do it

Myetherwallet is the best choice for everyone if they prefer to use ETH and ERC20 tokens. But if they need a wallet that can use many different tokens on many different platforms, I believe Trust wallet will be the best choice.
