It is good if it is web based, i.e. similar to blockchain.com. Otherwise, installation makes it machine dependent. Its not a BIG sum. So, high security is not a priority. Ease of use is what I am looking for. Needs to work with all kind of ERC20.
Myetherwallet can be option. I think a lot of people will give same answer too. Myetherwallet is easiest ERC20 wallet that i have ever used. Although i still use the old way (private key) to access my wallet, i keep aware of the domain before i open it. Because there are a lot of phising site that clone myetherwallet's interface.
true, I would recommend him to use myetherwallet too, so we can be sure that many will choose or recommend myetherwallet because there are many advantages over other wallets. btw, why don't you bookmark the page so you don't have to always make sure the site is correct?

Still, I will recommend MyEtherWallet (MEW) since they are offering the simplest platform for ERC20 wallet. I am using this wallet for how many years and nothing unusual had happened. It depends on how careful was the user. The other option will be offline wallet since you are protecting a huge amount tokens or coins.

Based in your requirement, I can give you few options,

1. MEW aka MyEtherWallet. It is completely web based wallet and you control the account seed.
2. Metamask. It's a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox. Fast and secure.

These two are the most recommended wallets as per your requirement. However, I would personally suggest you to use Atomic wallet which is a desktop wallet and lightweight. Your control your money and seed keys. That's what I prefer to use!

Hope this helps!

MyCrypto desktop version is one of the most secure wallets, provided that you keep the private key secured and easy to add new ERC20 token, they are always updated, so be sure to get the latest upgrade I think they upgrade every two months so they are always bug-free.

I personally still use the web-based myetherwallet wallet to store some altcoins that use the ERC20 platform, and I think you also know about this, if you don't know it, it's very good for you to try, and its use is also very easy.
Myetherwallet is recommended as long as you were not going to be phished or being too careful in our account or keys. It's recommended in joining bounties. I'm still using it too but still have ledger for some holdings. It's always good to have a backup just in case especially if it's a amount we can't afford to lose.

if it is for ease to use then a web-based wallet is recommended, you do not need to download the entire blockchain and with a few steps, you can use it.

MEW it is. myetherwallet.com is always been reliable when it some to being a wallet. There were changes to its GUI in the past but its one of the wallet I have been using since the time when ETHER was release. I have used some like EIDOO but there are just tokens yet that you can't store there but basically with MEW you can add all the tokens manually as long as its ERC.
