Bitfinex probably has the cheapest fees if you consider them to be a wallet(which they shouldn't be, since they are really an exchange and they do not have the best record out there for keeping funds safe for custoers) with 0.0004 BTC per transaction.

If you use web wallets that allow you to control your own private keys, and therefore set your own fees, then there is really no difference between using blockchain.info than electrum. Both allow you to set your own fees.

What you could potentially do at a risk is using a low fee and using antpool's tx accelerator.

I am trying to find the best wallet to send transactions.

Which web wallet charges the lesser fees?
I think there is no lesser fee or charges looking for web wallet like a mycellium it can be in lower fee if you transfer a higher amount of money when transacting .And it depends on the cost you transfer another is coins.ph sometimes it has a higher charges but just like what I said it depends on the amount you were transacting.

I am using a wallet named coins.ph

You can send bitcoin to other users without fees, but the thing here is, you must have the same bitcoin wallet which is coins.ph.

I think there are no less fee or higher fee, if you want to accept your transaction quickly, you will be needing to pay a good amount of fee.

Coins.ph the only coin wallet here in my country,i think it has a lesser fee and affordable in making some transactions, and I like the faster transactions when I am going to withdraw my money.
It doesn't have lesser fee, it's even like other web wallets that are asking for high recommended fees even your transaction is just a low priority one.

That web wallet is good for sending to the same wallet address that they provide, like xapo>xapo or coinbase>coinbase.

It's not only that cheap but it's for free.
Coins.ph? They charge ridiculously high compared on other wallets like electrum or blockchain.info which you can able to set fees depending on your needs which you cant able to do on those web wallet we do know locally. I do agree on the thing you do said that it is better if the people who you do transact with do make use of the same wallet will really make the transfer free of cost which is good.

For now i do not think there are wallet has lesser fee due to high value of bitcoin, also transaction fees was base on the amount of transaction and there is an option you choose, theres have low transaction fees but it takes long period of time to confirm your transaction.
There is still a web wallet that allows you to customize the fees and it is blockchain.info, there is an option there before you send the payment to anyone.

Also my suggestion if you want to have lesser fees you can also use greenaddress for it but don't pay with the lowest fee or else your transaction will be stuck.

People mentioned Blockchain.info but it's not the only web-based wallet that let you choose the fees you want to set. Bitwala is another one to mention as you can choose your own fees when you want to make a transaction. Cryptopay has a minimum of 0.0005BTC if you consider this as cheap.

From my point of view blockchain and coinbase wallet charges less charges fee and they are used by many peoples in the world so i would also suggest you to use these wallets for storing your btc and eth and these wallets are also offering to store eth and ltc in them.

You might be true that blockchain.info has lesser transaction fee because there are too many issues that some users use the regular fee to send but sometimes it when processed the fee takes too low mostly 1-50 sat/byte which will the transaction confirm too long and might be drop by the network because of lower fees.

I am trying to find the best wallet to send transactions.

Which web wallet charges the lesser fees?

I think all web wallet has the same fee but you can customize the fee, so you can reduce the fee by yourself but remember your transaction takes more longer to get confirmed. But that's okay, you can use txid accelerator nowdays to get fast confirmed.

Not all web wallets has the option to customize your fee. Block.io (online wallet for bitcoin, dogecoin, litecoin) has a fee of minimum 0.001 BTC for all amounts that you want to send. If you want to use high priority it is 0.002 BTC.
When I discovered this, I changed quickly to blockchain.info.
Look at xapo, they don't have the same fee as frmracc is talking about. It has the highest fee for web wallets I guess since I never used other wallets before. Same wallets from exchanges transactions are even for free so that makes it lesser and free. But it's difficult to find this type of transaction as we've got different taste when it comes to wallets. Most of us here do prefer to stay with blockchain.info as it did changed it rates too from being expensive but reduced it afterwards.
I don't really want to you web wallet anymore because you don't have to manually change your miners fee.. unlike other wallet like electrum this is lite version of bitcoin core that i think can be easily to use.. Online web wallet has more risky because anytime soon they can be hack oir bruteforce unike wallet in desktop that if you disconnect from the internet you are safe or install antivirus cryptocurrency supported that i think you coins are safe the same like mine that my wallet still alive..
Do you mean use? Electrum has it's adjustable fee but look at it's cheapest suggested fee it's still quite high. We do know about online wallets are vulnerable of hacking and as we use them we must be aware that most of the web wallets that we are using aren't disclosing our own private keys. I tried to transact with blockchain.info today but it's quite the fees are high now unlike before the pump of bitcoin as it enters $7,000.

I think currently the smallest wallet fee is blockchain.info, I've used some wallet like coinbase, xapo, blocktrail, green address and so on, all above 75k, whereas with normal service blockchain.info only 9k while service priority 11k.

Blockchain.info wallet i think has the capabilty to customize the fee for every transaction you are going to do. Or i could be wrong. Some web wallets don't have a feature like that. That's why i never use one in my entire life except xapo. But i stopped using their wallet because their support sucks. Make sure you enter a not too low. So i will not get stucked at the process. Anyway, wallets like Electrum and Mycelium is a good wallet. You should try them. I don't really trust web wallets because you don't have full access to you Bitcoin since they are not allow you to hold or access you privates keys. I usually set my fee to .0008 btc/kb when it's not really urgent. I think the funds will receive after 12 hours to 1 day maximum.

And with the coins.ph > coins.ph wallet they are free together with coinbase and xapo. But when it comes to lower fees, the most used wallet is blockchain.info.

Coinbase is also free from one Coinbase user to another. But off-platform, Coinbase and Xapo both have pretty high fees. Last time I transacted it was ~0.001 BTC fee for the former and 0.0015 BTC for the latter. Granted, your transaction gets confirmed in the next block, but your transaction could get confirmed in the next block for much less. You'll pay less on Blockchain.info than either, in my experience.

But regarding the OP, I'd just go with a lightweight wallet -- Electrum. No time to sync the chain, connect to trusted nodes if worried about attack, and you can edit the fee manually. I usually just go to 21co's fee page and choose something in the 0-9 block range. It usually gets confirmed within a couple blocks and I pay 0.000027 in fees instead of 0.001. No brainer. Unfortunately, Electrum's fee estimation isn't great, so it's best to enter fees manually based on current network congestion.

Yes they both have higher fees so there's a percentage of people that are using them from coinbase > other wallets when sending. Mostly everyone prefer to use blockchain.info because it has a lesser fees and that's what I used for smaller amount of transactions. With electrum, it's a good wallet and I find it secured but yes, that's the part of it where it's fee is also quite high every time I use it, I'm thinking that it's worth of the payment.

Blockchain.info

You can set any fee but after that you will regret why you have paid that less fee because your transaction will take a lot of time to get confirmed, Almost all the wallets uses less fee. But the best online wallet is blockchain.info you can set the fee.
Also, you should know what is the normal fee is going per transaction.
On blockchain.info wallet you can really set out range of the fees and as being said above you can actually base your fees here https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ on how much is recommended or preferable depending on how you can accept the confirmation times. You can set out fees on blockchain but using this wallet I do always use the recommended ones which I don't really have problem at all but yet if you do make micro transactions then these fees will surely hurt you in.You can set lesser but expect on what would be the outcome.
