It looks like from some of the altcoins that you mentioned maybe the highest market capitalization will be achieved by LTC, I think Ltc is more feasible because until now it is still holding on to the top 10 positions in cryptocurrency.
Actually for me, all of those coins have the chance to reclaim or beat their previous all-time high since we are in a bull market right now. Based on the expert, 85% of the currency in crypto market are now in a bull market, so those coins included in that 85% have the possibility to reach ATH and those coins mentioned are included there.
Agree, all tokens which not yet reach the all-time high will surely hit again and break it in the next couple of weeks. It doesn't matter which tokens as long as they have excellent reputation and included in the high potential project then it will break it's all-time high soon. I see XRP, ETC and BNB after the burn happened. Most of tokens have already hit thier alltime high and I missed it, now I want to miss it and already buy them before they break it. 
Honestly, I am eyeing and monitoring all of those coins mentioned. If we will look at their market status, trend and stability we can say that those coins are candidate to pump and reach their ATH. Actually, even before the bull market, those coins are worth monitoring especially now that we are in a bull market.

I also feel that LTC can penetrate their ATH. Compared to some of the coins you mentioned, LTC has a bigger chance. Currently the LTC price is above 300 $ and I predict it will continue to increase. maybe in the next few weeks we will see Litecoin hit ATH and set new targets.
Most of the coins will probably exceeds its ATH unless they fuckedup already. NEO and EOS will be my bet for this. NEO is already on the way and many have been shilling the token because its actually profitable for holders that its similar to VET. EOS had a horrible start since the bullmarket but we are about to see how it could build a stronger bullrun that is why its a bit early yet for this bull market to end.
NEO is still bit far from its ATH of $198 as it has current price of about $96. High likely that LTC will achieve its ATH again as it is now in $318, wherein, its ATH was about $360. So maybe few weeks and LTC will surpass its ATH. That is, if bitcoin will continue also to increase its price. Because sometimes, these alts are also relying on bitcoin performance in the market.
I have a good feeling about ETC, XEM, NEO, EOS and LTC. But I think the low coin price can be a hidden gem like Dogecoin, so I think it is worth investing before the price rise so high. But as usual, you need to research for more before deciding to buy any coins you want because we do not need which coin will increase later. Besides that list, I am waiting for DGB, SC, XVG back to reclaim their previous ATH because I think that coins have more chances to increase the price step by step.

I am very sure that all these coins are heading for their All TIMEHigh and I am very sure they will break it. It has become a trend of recent that breaking all time high partially indicates the awakening.

I guess it's LTC. The other coin don't have that much potential nor being discussed a lot as potential investment neither. XMR on the other hand being targeted by the government even IRS offers bounty for those who can crack the blockchain of this anonymous coin. If it's not LTC I'd prefer other newer altcoins with better potential, the reason I was still fond of LTC because it was my choice for sending money considering it has less fee than BTC and it's like these coins that you mentioned just can't compete anymore with coins like BNB or ADA maybe because the decrease in their community or something else.

agree, because it's about time LTC which as an old coin has an ideal position at this time. That is what I saw when all the coins that were said were going to die, just panicked the old holders who had released them for a fairly cheap price. On the basis of the current LTC, I also hope that LTC will show its presence in the market with a new breakthrough.
I don't think that Litecoin would have any innovations, Charlie Lee left the project years ago, so can check their official Github repo and see that there's no update,

I'm also eyeing LTC. Right now, at the time of posting, it's up by 11.20%, currently at rank 9. You probably have a great stack of this right now, OP, and you could profit now. Anyway, anything can happen right now, knowing that even Doge surpasses most bullish projects right now, and it's a meme coin. The old coins are now going to have their time now for sure.
I happen to have some DASH in me and right now that's the profitable coins in my balance by now. I forgot to mention that DASH will do 500% gain if it will reclaim it's previous ATH. LTC, XEM, IOTA, the rest I doubt because there are so many new projects with newer innovations.
The thing is they have great community and I think that still matters between the supporters of the project. I know they are old but they aren't forgotten and still has use cases in their own chains and to be honest if they do in different directions like moving into DeFi and NFT sectors they will still click onto the masses, that I know of. XMR is the only one that people use (darknet). Rest of them? Damn what a waste of potential. What a waste of money... IMO they will go to their previous ATH only because of pump and dump shame. They will crash right after. XEM, NEO, EOS - damn what were these projects doing in 2019-2020 despite dumping coins on investors? Why they missed all Defi bubble and NFT bubble? Who wants LTC? It was a faster btc when there was no alternative. We have thousands of alternatives now, faster and cheaper than litecoin and litecoin did not do anything in last years. ETC? Its only a ETH fork made because of 1 accident and... already loss "battle for developers and investors". Any successful project created there?I fully agree here in regards to XMR. Having a fully anonymous currency is so valuable, I would expect XMR to go beyond its ATH a lot unless another, even stronger anonymous currency is waiting around the corner.

Yes, I agree that LTC will be the next coins to at least surpass or touch their previous all time high. It's about time though, they have their block halving as well last year like it's big brother BTC so I'm expecting a big push on the price. So probably when bitcoin goes on another run, it will have a domino effect so most coins again and LTC will be the one to benefit from it.
As for the rest, probably yes, but it may take some time though, specially privacy coins as we all know that investors are shying away because of it's bad connotation and government's regulations against the use of them.

IMHO, I think I agree with your speculation that Litecoin would surpass its previous ATH in the coming days, weeks, or months, And If the market continues to perform like this I believe it's not impossible to make it happen not just the LTC but also to the other cryptocurrencies as well. that's why let us wait and see what will happens next.
my prediction is litecoin. LTC is doing very well today and has a great opportunity to return to ATH. compared to other coins, LTC has the best performance. LTC was on the right track during this bull trend, which is why I firmly believe it. privacy coins like DASH or Monero are still not showing a good sign. ETC is finished, no one is interested in this coin anymore. other coins are the same, less popular and not good enough to be high up.

All of the list you mention will have the opportunity to reclaim their previous ATH, and that happen this year as this year bring a new chance for them to rise back.
But I am not sure about DASH and XMR because those coins seem to lack support from the fan, but if the coins can get the investors' trust back, those coins can reclaim their new ATH this year.
LTC will be the next coins that can increase anytime and it increased higher before, although now, the price is down, followed by bitcoin moves.
Maybe the coins will increase the price in USDT but have a new price in BTC, which will not easily since BTC price now increase so high, but I do not know.
