Yeah, I think the only way to actually make some money out of gambling is to have some kind of offset from free credits or something similar.

Yes, it will come back to them who works at their jobs. They should knows about what they can do while they are work and if they thinks that playing gambling at their work is okay and doesn't gives problem to them, they can still doing that. But if not, they must ends their gambling activity and not playing gambling at their work.
