Yeah spare time which is you are at home facing at your device or computer then everything is fine there especially if you decide to gamble since for sure with that set up you can feel relax and not disturb. Unlike if you are at work then having a break then I think that's not best time for you to gamble since that time is good to spend for resting so that you can feel recharge and be more productive on whole day work. If we decide to gamble then lose then we might get distracted and cannot clearly think on what to do so that can surely affect our productivity at work. So we better focus since we are also gambling our future there since if our boss will find us distracted and not productive maybe this is the reason why we will kick out on our jobs so focus on work and separate this activity since gambling is meant to play on our spare time.

I agree that working at night is not that strict when it comes to your daily productivity and working behavior but it depends on what type of job do you have, example a Customer service representative, you aren't able to gamble while working because there's a required productivity/vall log counts needed and a lot of pending task that you need to be done. I suggest to focus on your work and gamble once you're shift is done.
