I have not yet got my Batch 1 order.  I have left 4 support requests.  Up until recently, I knew everyone was in the same boat and waited patiently, but after the last newsletter explicitly asking us to use support and we would get a reply as the remaining batch 1 items were likely to be address issues etc., I duly left my support request and I still have heard nothing. 

The details are as follows - 1 unit with order #200000789 placed on November 18, 2012

Hoping it will turn up soon to give me faith my batch 2 orders are ok

It was claimed the entirety of batch 1 was shipped, has this been confirmed?


 is there a way we can get in touch with the forwarding company that was used.

I am trying to be very patient and I know you guys are busy and understaffed

but I put a huge amount of money down on this and I really would like the rest of my units.

please Yifu can you please get ahold of me, or if someone has info on how I can contact the forwarding company I really need to get this resolved.

Sir, I could understand your feeling because I and you are on the same boat. I am still waitting for my 18 units anxiously.

And, I understand the situation that we avalon customers are earning quick money via avalon team.

Unless I receive a box of bricks, I suppose I'll receive my shipment soon (probably saturday or monday)!

Unit was received yesterday.
Aluminium was at some edges damaged, but unit seems to be hashing away fine.

I would love to, but no unit nor tracking number received...
I am a patient guy, also ordered a unit from the left overs to say so. So I expect to be end of line...

But I have to admit this now starts to get really annoying.
I have no reason to believe I'm on the problem list, as I've received several other goods from China or Hong Kong, and that my address is valid.

People also seem to receive update emails, a newsletter, even that I do not receive. If I add that all up, I'm left completely in the blank.
