litecoin current price VS bitcoin is about 1 LTC = 0.0067 BTC

who else think litecoin will go up huge in the near future?
I don't think Litecoin will be "huge" but I think it will continue to go higher and higher over the years. It was the second biggest coin for a long time and we have called it "silver to bitcoins gold" for years so it has a purpose in crypto world and a place. Yes, it is long away from it is glory days but I doubt it will stay the same for years without moving.

It is one of the most prominent coins out there and when all other coins go up Litecoin will too and considering Litecoin is cheaper than bitcoin there is a chance it could have a bigger % increase and profit for all of us. It will never be the second again if it goes on like this but that doesn't mean it will be out of top 50 one day neither. As long as it continues to innovate and improve the price will keep going up over the years.

I remember when i disliked and disregarded it as it had no use case for me, but now i've changed my mind on it.
It might as well be huge, but similar to older currencies, but it doesn't have any new things (to my knowledge) coming that could hype the people for buying the rumors or news. It's basically mature and "ready" as a currency, and now it's finding its own valuation. Lately i've been using it a lot and i think it's highly undervalued. I think it could surprise everyone on the next run.

I do not remember there is future innovation from LTC, so the increase may originate from the market. I can not predict how big or small this increase will be, but as we all know, the prices of altcoins are very bad. Therefore, the trigger increase can affect prices thoroughly. In short, I can not see anything that makes LTC different, it will increase with the whole market.

difficult to predict about it, but I like it because the transaction costs are very low when compared to bitcoin. when viewed in terms of large enough volume, rank 6 in cmc for now. and many large companies that accept payments with Litecoin, may potentially haraga will rise.

I hold litecoin just a little.

I can feel it but there's no guarantee that it will go up whenever bitcoin goes up too for the next cycle. Almost everyone thought that after the Litecoin's halving it will pump like crazy but no way, it didn't.

I don't held a lot of Litecoin but I still look into this altcoin as one with the potential to fire up soon. With or without Charlie Lee, there's a community that has been following it.

I do believe on Litecoin's potential. Litecoin is one of the cryptos which are promising. It is just that the market at this moment is struggling to make a comeback from continuous market downfall for a year already if I'm not mistaken. But I do still believe that once recovery take place, the market value of huge cryptos such as litecoin would be again, higher. I am currently holding some amount of it and I am hoping that there would be profit one day, once things are back to normal.

Almost same rate when bitcoin will go up again. Its hard to compare altcoins to bitcoin but somehow other coins like XRP already exceed bitcoin in terms of profit making in the past months so probably it can also happen to LTC. The halving on LTC doesn’t affect much of its price right now, but in the near future it will be big.

we have no evidence or signal that could suggest that litecoin could go up huge (or realistically speaking get pumped) in the near future. there is just nothing going on with this coin to lead to any kind of pumps. the biggest thing it had was its halving which failed to cause any kind of decent pump and that damaged its future pumps too because people are now scared to buy it since they have no faith in the future pumps too.

Litecoin is still hot to the eyes of most of the investors. I'm keep studying its historical price background and I found out a same pattern where it can be bullish again. I know that demand to LTC will increase in this following weeks.

Litecoin does have potential to replace Bitcoin in the future, especially if BTC evolves into a store of value and abandons the position of an everyday currency. LTC uses the same technology, but it is modified and improved; it is accepted on most exchanges, and it is one of the oldest surviving altcoins. However, while I say that it does have potential, its price growth is currently still closely tied to Bitcoin's behavior, and I don't believe that LTC would do anything on its own in the foreseeable future.

I'm still bullish on Litecoin's future he has a great history being the best clone of Bitcoin and of course it used to be the second popular coin in the market, but I doubt if he can climb the top 3 anymore, technology has vastly improve that I don't know if Litecoin can keep up, what keeps them around is their marketing power.

Not me, the https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin we can no longer see any recent commits being submitted which means progress is pretty slow and the diluted market doesnt help either there are tons of new altcoins racing to compete to replace the top 10 coins.

Also i think some miners have are no longer mining the coin because of the rewards been reduced due to the block halvening.

LTC has several advantages when compared to Bitcoin, the low number of offers and transaction costs in my opinion has made it superior to bitcoin.
LTC prices now might not look too bad, this is entirely due to unfavorable market conditions. Market demand that is monitored stable may be difficult to make prices rise. I think if the LTC market demand increases, the price will also increase.

There is no reason to why ltc is very low against bitcoin in price now and its really a good time to buy ltc because i belief it will be around bitcoin for many years to come, UNICEF and Amazon now accept these top coins now which is a good thing, BTC, LTC and ETH are indeed capable

BTC dominance right now is very higher which is danger for altcoins. This dominance has to come lower in order to LTC along with other altcoins to grow.

Litecoin is the cheaper version of Bitcoin, potentially a good successor in case the dominant cryptocurrency will be gone. Litecoin considerably has some advantages over bitcoin considering its 84 million supply and faster in terms transaction compare to Bitcoin. It may not pass Bitcoins dominance but it will be more established than any other coins in the market.

If Litecoin survives in this bear market, I believe Litecoin will go higher again because its current price is low. Not only Litecoin, everything else will go higher too as long as they survive.
I do not know when the market starts to change but the good news has started https://techcrunch.com/2019/10/21/moons-browser-extension-lets-you-pay-with-bitcoin-on-amazon/.

I think all alts are low vs BTC right now, and they will all recover together. I don't think there is any specific reason why LTC is so low, it's just that all alts are moving (or not moving) together.

The reason I think is market confidence. It's not high enough yet for people to move from BTC to alts. It might take a bit of upwards price movement on BTC before alts start to recover - but the longer this goes on, and the wider the gap grows, then the more pressure there will be on alts to increase in price. Difficult to see a precise tipping-point really.
