Yes, me definitely.
We sometimes copy bitcoin addresses from the net to do some transaction checking. And if by some chance, those addresses remain in your clipboard, and you don't copy the destination address properly, you can say goodbye to your bitcoins.

However I crosscheck all my transactions many times before confirming and never lost any penny till now..
