I believe that Putin is the leader of this generation, because there are too many false rumors about him and the world government wants to substitute him and destroy his country.
For me, the best ruler is Vladimir Putin. He is a very strong president who only wants to improve his country and build peaceful relations with other countries, but the secret government deliberately substitutes him and makes him a bad ruler.
He is extremely strong, and that is the reason why the western mainstream media is against him. They have been spreading all sorts of fallacies and lies about Putin. A few years back, the Daily Mail even claimed that he is a pedophile.

Duterte is the best President. He did not run for presidency, but the majority Filipinos elected him and convinced him to run.

I totally agreed with him/her that the best president is Rodrigo Roa Duterte. Putin has already established his name and power through years while Duterte is still introducing himself in the world. Duterte has no plan in becoming president but because of the call of his countrymen, he decided to run for presidency. Many higher ups has a grudge on him because they perceive Duterte as Marcos. He is change and he will brought the change for us, Filipino. He is the peoples choice. He already proven his excellent leadership as a former mayor of his own town.

For me it is Pres. Rodrigo roa duterte he might say some bad words or flame but he has manage to change our country for the better because of him streets are now safe to walk even in broad daylight. He fighting drugs that will potentially ruin our young generations future with his campaign "Waelr on drugs" and putting behind bars corrupted government officials and politicians. Now the economy of the Philippines is slowly getting better. This country has changed so much because of him.
Definitely it is the president that you have in your country. I am a resident of the Philippines so for me it is President Rodrigo Duterte. He is the president of the Philippines who is ruthless to criminals, corrupt politicians, and drug addicts alongside with drug lords. But have a heart of a father as a leader. He all do this "cleansing" for the children, the next generation. Many things have changed since he assumed his position as a president. No smoking, emergency help hotlines, curfew, and you could actually feel his authority.
Before I was like afraid of policemen, not because I am doing wrong but because they will do something bad to me. But now I trust them now completely and with respect.

I am not sure there will be an agreement on who the best president is because there is no way they will satisfy all parties of the country at the same time not because of anything but simply because they occupy the position that every of their actions will spark off reaction somewhere else and based on our different value judgement we tend to either support or against such leader. For me, I haven't seen any leader to merit that position.
We have different perception on politics people.. usually they immersed their presence during election, raising their advocacy's to get their attention to majority. However people as of this age are very much educated in choosing the most qualified one.. We don't want politician's impressing just by words and not by action's.. Who care's to them.. The recent Philippine election sprout the perfect victory of Mr. Rodrigo Duterte and in just a few month's under his leadership.. with his anti drug campaign got an impressive noise to local and international media for arresting and killing drug syndicates. I guess he is the toughest and best President.

That's true. But if I were to pick one president that has done all that he can, for the goodness of his country and his countrymen, I would definitely say it will be Barrack Obama. I mean, he has served the United States of America very well despite facing recessions but they got up and still they are one of the most powerful country here in the world. He has done a lot of good things especially to the LGBTQ Community. He is indeed the best president and leader of this generation.

He also change the Philippines because the crime there has been lessen. He also lead the Philippines to a better country. That is only my opinion.

I think the best president for me is Duterte. He may not be a perfect president, but he is a man with one word, he keeps his promises and he does what he says. He is also honest with his words and he doesn't care who is he talking to when he speaks as long as he know that it's for his people and he is right.
Don't consider him the best, but powerful: Putin.

A man who live to serve my President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. No man deserve to be voted than this person who care so much of his people rather than himself. His idea of equality runs into his blood, his integrity cant be question for he doesn't even care to popularity. Transparency is one of his agenda. 911 Free Tuition and many more.
