Bitcoin does not have a Hero because bitcoin everybody just seen Bitcoin like that with it's technology and believing that it's fake and since people think that way from the starting nobody can be call as bitcoin Hero except Satoshi Nakamoto the founder of bitcoin, any person who invent or discover something is the hero of that particular thing.

Who is your bitcoin hero?

Who do you look up to in this space, or think is the most amazing person within the bitcoin world?

I think Sirius - Martti Malmi is mine. Here's a kid still in college who risked for a venture that he wouldn't know would work. He was willing to be open with others across the world. He lost bitcoin trying to be honest, as far as I can tell, with others when running the first exchanges.

============================
Heroes nominated in these threads (actively edited):
===
Hal Finney
Sirius / Martti Malmi
Laszlo Hanyecz
Theymos
Andreas Antonopoulos
Gavin Andresen
Greg Maxwell
Cobra
Michael Saylor

Friends and neighbors who introduce bitcoin
For me personally there are no Bitcoin heroes and from the list of names you mentioned above I don't recognize them, I think Bitcoin heroes are all communities involved in holding Bitcoin with its presence from the past until now Bitcoin is growing and continues to grow until now. So basically no one is a hero in Bitcoin other than the original creator (Satoshi Nakamoto) and the entire Bitcoin community.

Why didn't you include a lot of people's favorite, Robert Kiyosaki?
Someone who does something against unwanted attacks, this can be said to be a hero figure and here more precisely is someone who is willing to do anything to defend against external resistance that always fights Bitcoin.

And the people who distribute and sell Tens of Thousands of Bitcoins to ensure that Bitcoins are not centralized.

I myself really admire Changpeng Zhao because of his hard work, he started working as an employee at MC Donald's and part time work at a gas station and is still in college. and I was inspired from the first Changpeng Zhao bought bitcoin in 2014 around the price of USD 600 even though the market time of the day fell sharply to around USD 200, but Changpeng Zhao keeps bitcoins quietly, that's why I really like the mentality he has he is unaffected even when the market is unfavorable.

OP, I really don't know who should I call my bitcoin hero, obviously it's hard for me to choose one of them because it's actually this community that can be called bitcoin hero. I agree that some people like you mentioned in the thread are those who contributed to bitcoin mainly because they have provided a lot of valuable insights to the community, but rest assured that this huge community definitely has more bitcoin heroes for us.

I believe the bitcoin community on this forum is a hero especially to those who talk about bitcoin more often than others. As of the time I write, bitcoin has been called 6,327,663 base ninjastic tools, that's a very high designation.

For me, the person who taught me about bitcoin and introduced the investment and trading world of bitcoin is my hero. Others are my inspiration. I also admire the bitcoin journey of people because it will make my way smoother. So experience and knowledge is my another hero.

Definitely apart from those who started this movement as such, my best friend is my bitcoin hero, since it was thanks to him that I learned about cryptocurrencies. He is and always will be my economics teacher as he learns something more about these digital currencies every day.
Bitcoin is a very popular term, a lot of people talk about bitcoin and many large companies have invested in bitcoin, I also agree with your review that the real hero of bitcoin is Satoshi, if you ask me who is the hero of bitcoin besides Satoshi it is very difficult to explain ,because almost all investors and markets become heroes of bitcoin, but personally I prefer the person who has taught me about bitcoin to be my hero, because if he doesn't teach me about bitcoin it is certain that until now I still have no interest in entering the world of bitcoin , because he came at the right time when I lost everything and all my business went bankrupt he came bringing a ray of hope and taught me about the world of bitcoin, finally with the help and knowledge from him my economic life is now starting to improve, thank you true hero.

Naturally, a Bitcoin hero can only be somebody who has done more than anybody else to defend Bitcoin from external attacks.

That is why I give my cap to everybody who resisted the block size increase pressure [which induces centralization], those who stood up in Congress and other parliaments to stop anti-nitcoin bills, those who influcenced positive public opinion for Bitcoin, and those who is/was fighting out CSW-type lawsuits against the backdrop of the courts and fought successfully.

Thinking of it, I do not follow notable names in the Bitcoin world, a few names pop up like Hal Finney, but overall I do not really look up to anyone in the Bitcoin community. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of notable members who have cobtributed immensely to the growth of Bitcoin many of which would not be k own publicly.

This forum and all the members who keep it going as the most reliable resource for Bitcoin discussions after quite a number of years would pass as my Bitcoin heros and heroines.
Heroes do not need to have big names and high-profile individuals for them to be remembered for their notable contributions. Sometimes, they are just those regular persons living in private but deserved enough to be called heroes since they make the forum more interesting and become more informative on part of the newcomers. Yes, i agree that these bitcoin heroes and heroines are more seen in the forum actively participating in all good discussions.

A name that has not been mentioned but that definitely deserves to be on this list is that of Mike Caldwell.
inventor of the coin casascius (for those unfamiliar with them, he is one of the most coveted bitcoin collectibles) and one of the bip38 proposers (encrypting a private key with a password ).
He also revealed his identity to express confidence in the products he sold / private keys stored = trusted person.

Erik Vorhees for sure. He was the one who created satoshidice, and it grew so much that he sold it for insane amount of bitcoins, the amount is too much to calculate right now but if he kept even half of it, that makes him one of the richest people in the world.

Then he built shapeshift which wasn't really a great success but still something decent I suppose, and that is why I believe that he is going to be fine in the future as well and my idol. Dude managed to build things that worth something and get rich via them. The grand master of crypto startups and he didn't do that by making fake tokens and sell that to people like so many others did.

Once a man, twice a child!
They distributed or sold for peanuts tens of thousands of their bitcoin to ensure that Bitcoin did not become centralised.
You can't be certain that was why they sold. For me, off course I know they didn't sell off all they had just to ensure that Bitcoin doesn't become centralized. Nope, that's not true. They would've sold to take advantage of the market for profit. At the time, virtually nobody had an idea that Bitcoin would be this big the way that it's today.

i mean 'michael j. saylor' of 'microstrategy', he's a true believer of bitcoin.
Definitely, he is. I read a post a few minutes ago where someone calculated how much Microstrategy was losing in this ongoing bearish momentum. Those who jeer at him now should also be willing to praise him when price bounces back to profit.

Alice and bob are my bitcoin Heroes my reasons is because the story of bitcoin transaction and how it gets verified in the network cannot be complete without sharing this two users early bitcoin involvement and how the spent their first coin. i see them as my own hero because the embraced the technology without so much persuasion following their early involvement.

Another hero of mine is Theymos and all bitcoin talk users. I think every member of the forum is a hero because the keep adding to the bitcoin community daily

Hal finney thing is what crosses my mind. Besides being the first bitcoin recipient from satoshi (correct me if wrong) Finney is also said to have developed a digital money called Reusable Proof of Work (RPOW). This RPOW project shows how much Finney is interested in and passionate about cryptographic payment systems.

I believe those OGs who contributed in early days when Satoshi was still active was the real heroes beside him/her/they. For now, I believe it was the holders, those who make the crypto community known, those who has nodes, those developers that still supporting Bitcoin with its upgrades. These are the existing heroes I can think of.

First and foremost Salute to Satoshi (whomever and wherever he/she is) without satoshi (a true hero) there won't be btc or bitcointalk.org forum.
And i completely agree with you, i have once stumbled across the satoshi thread during the early days of btc and you could see how the journey started and the dedication and contribution of the very early supporters (The OGs). Each one of them back then played a vital role in the process of btc development, they committed in supporting the network and all (The Unsung Heroes).

The active btc community from developers, miners to holders are all heroes to me because they keep the btc flame burning and will continue to do so come what may. Btc has change each an everyone of our lives and we can only do as much as give gratitude to those who started the journey. Am sure satoshi wherever he/she may be (if still alive) will be proud to see the immense progress btc has made in the whole world today.

The OP has some great names which is undeniable and Can't really point out an individual either,  but I would say the community here is the place with all its real heros as a whole because we get to share information and compliment each other to make us more knowledgeable. But ultimately we all need to give ourselves an applaud for not giving up on crypto and getting this far, you are the  real heros  🙌

To be honest there's a lot I don't know about the people you mention because I'm really new here so I'm even new to some of the great characters you mention in your thread.
For now it's possible to say heroes should really understand about these people.
I've had conversations in a few threads with some of the people the OP mentioned and I've also seen them argue a lot and to me that's great but of course specifying a Hero just because it's not very good so maybe I'll still keep looking and will still assume they all are heroes without excluding one

Though it is not included in the listed Heroes ,  but I will still include and that is My Brother because he is the one that Opened my Eyes and Knowledge about what is Bitcoin and how this brings good to my life .

My first Impression about Bitcoin is not that Good that's why His effort and dedication to make me understand is Unforgettable and worth a trust.

but my Bitcoin crypto world/forum Hero is Theymos , because even How hard he is facing difficulties in this forum running yet he continues to spread the word of crypto .
Maybe you and your bro are very close to each other because he willingly help you to get started in bitcoin, you are lucky to have a bro like that while others like me, we have a cruel brother but its better that we are the ones that know bitcoin and not our bro's because if that happens, then we still have a zero knowledge until now in regards to bitcoin.

I discovered btc myself, so will that means that my bitcoin hero is myself or my inner self? But, how did you know that theymos is having a hard time? If you will only check his address, you will see that he has a lot of bitcoins. That should be enough to maintain or to keep this forum alive but yes, he is one of our hero because without him, there will be no bitcointalk.
