Yep - Laura was fast, polite and helpful.

I got zip. Sigh.

+1 here.
No feedback as yet.

Give 'em a chance ... it's Monday morning and they need a cuppa before they deal with us.  Smiley

I'd sent mine the day he first posted it here in the thread. I guess I'll politely send a follow up to be sure she got the first one.

+1
I did the same just now. Guess its been a hectic week. I did wait for 7 days on the dot Smiley

Would a reply be given to the email or it is just to get an estimate on the demand ?

I got an email back...

Why not both?

I didn't answer the question because, if you send an email, the question should answer itself.

For reference in how out-of-date the website is, Novak packed up and left two years ago.

I would advise folks who are interested to email Laura (at gekkoscience dot com) so we can get a bead on market demand. Only gonna have so many of these at the start and I want to know how to divide them up.

Do you literally mean [email protected]? Website only mentions novak & [email protected] in the "Contact Info". Forgive me, but 12+ years of memorizing military regulations makes me over-think things at times...

I look forward to putting in an order.

He does, indeed.

The address is: [email protected].

Can you show an example of how to do that? I have to reboot my pi daily as it hangs, but I have to start by hand.

I found this fixed my pi hanging issue
add slub_debug=FPUZ to /boot/cmdline.txt
From https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5932931

To keep it running I followed these instructions to make a systemctl service
https://techsparx.com/cryptocurrency/mining/setup-usb-miner-cgminer.html

Edit to add this USB pi thread has had mine running for weeks now after not getting the pi to detect a known working for some else's hub.

what is this "brake pedal" you speak of?

This is totally off topic - but why did you name your company gekkoscience? I'm thinking you had the idea during on the beach in Hawaii sipping a tropical drink when a gecko fell on your head... Sort of like Isaac Newton and the apple...

i believe he mentioned it was based on the gecko pattern from the game of life if i remember right. could be wrong, if so im sure i will be notified of the fact Smiley
