There are many companies and people that work full time feeding the algorithm with finely written blogs, adequate images and the right "text size" so that they will become google's first results. So google is your friend, but this forum and your friends are your better friends for references and reputation checking.
As long as they can learn from their mistakes and are willing to seek more information, I'm sure they will eventually be able to tell or feel if the casino is a scam.

I am willing to see one of these threads now and then if that means to keep crooks running a shady casino from stealing people's money.
And to be fair there are some services which seek to build a fake facade of reliability and security before starting to scam or selectively scam their clients, in those cases even Google investigations are not effective to avoid scams.
