I don`t think that "unfortunately" is the right word. No one doesn`t hear about this casino, so it means that it is scam. The OP possible helped someone not to mistake making deposit.
Nowadays it is easy enough to create one site and after that change name and make clones with minimal changes, so it is important to publish information about such sites.

Since they have seemingly never interacted with the Bitcointalk forum, I doubt that I have heard of them before. But that does seem strange because they do offer crypto options so perhaps not introducing themselves here was just an oversight in their marketing department?

The online casino website design itself looks solid, but thats really all the information I can go on currently.

They do not seem to have many social media followers and that might point towards a rather inactive marketing team Or an unpopular online gambling platform. I would probably not feel safe enough to deposit funds there, until they have proven themselves in my eyes.

And that by itself should tell you a lot about the casino, either the casino is so new that not enough players have played there for one of them to write a review, or the experience has been so monotonous that writing a review was not even worth their time and they simply moved on.

In any case it seems that it is not a good idea to gamble at that casino for the time being, and instead you should take a look at some of the casinos which have been here in the forum for a long time and which have many positive reviews, and if you are still interested in playing at that casino you can wait for several months and wait until some reviews finally appear.

Not familiar with this one but looks like a decent gambling site that accepts crypto and has a variety of games to offer for the players. So I first checked the https://www.trustpilot.com/review/dexterbet.com in TrustPilot but there's no any reviews yet so let's be careful though I am not saying that it is risky nor safe but we still better stick on the gambling site we get used to.

I haven't seen this very casino or it's thread over here, so I guess it's a new casino and you have to really careful of them and also don't get lured and carried away by high odds.
Bad advice can still be gotten here so you have to take your time to filter the advices given to you from here and try to be extra watchful and careful.
There are hundreds of trusted casinos with great odds and provably fair that you can easily try out and be aware that most of this new casino with very high odds might be scam as no one is to be trusted on this internet space.
