Lots of people using myetherwallet to store asset, but there some risk while using this wallet: private key can be scanned, fake website to hack your account...
To store erc20 asset, i think you should change to Eidoo wallet, they building mobile wallet so it very easy to use.

I think I'm one of them who uses MEW because this is only I know the good place to keep your earnings to bitcoin safe and this I the wallet that my friend whole teach me about bitcoin since I started bitcoin MEW is the only wallet I use until now but if my friend also recommend to other wallet to use that I can experience other wallet to learn what's the difference of it.
I use MEW, there are no obstacles in using and all the features are good.

This wallet is one of the most if not, the most secure wallet out there. I am confident that myetherwallet will protect my coins from hacks and theft. I use it whenever I purchase new tokens from etherdelta. Etherdelta is usually the first exchange where erc20 tokens are listed so the prices are cheap. So if there's a token I want before a price jump, I would use myetherwallet and etherdelta. You just link your etherwallet and you can start buying. You don't want to leave any large amounts of tokens on there and the etherwallet site even tells you it's better to use a hardware wallet.

I use it and I think it is the most convenient wallet you'll have. Almost every member of this forum uses myetherwallet. myetherwallet cant be easily hacked that's why many people are using this wallet.

I uses it too, it is the well known site where you can store altcoins, it is the most popular nowadays but for the safety of that i can't assure you if myetherwallet is safe because you are the only one who uses it.
I think it ok, but if you want to be tottally safe. lets you MEW paper wallet. no one can hack a paper
Now, I hold some token coins ethereum and it is definitely a wallet that I use is myetherwallet because in my opinion it's more secure

I suggest always bookmark your MEW address, some cases their account stolen with fishing.yesterday I saw MEW give warning to always keep private key and jason file. hopefully this can be a warning for MEW users.
I dont use it yet but i think im going to use it because the ethereum windows wallet is a pain in the ass.
When u dont run it everyday the blockchain doesnt get updated and when i start it again it takes a while.
Also it takes about 80gb on my hd and im not to happy with that..

I use myetherwallet. I trust it with my ERC-20 based tokens. Extreme caution is a must when keeping your coins in web-based wallets like this. Private keys must be kept safely and must not be shared with other people. So far, I have not yet experienced any problem with MEW because I always make sure I enter the correct site, not some sort of phishing sites with incorrect spellings. Bookmark it, that is how to be sure.
Well then, that's good for you mate. In my situation, I encountered a huge problem with MEW. My token was stolen. I have a lot of unknown transactions. Someone transferred my token into another account without my knowings. I don't have idea how did they do that. I secured my private key and haven't open a malicious sites. Now, I lost $10,000 in my account. Until now, I can't get over with what happened to my token.
