Thousands of people do use it, myself inclusive. It is very great, but basic, interface for getting a wallet on the Ethereum blockchain and it supports unlimited ERC20 tokens.
I use it and I very happy, but I heard a lot of complains about security issues, as lot of people declare the had their account hacked.
Is there any true, or it was just their fault?

I use it , as well as majority of all other people . This is a most secure and easy to use wallet . But of course , if you if you holding valuable tokens , you'd better buy a hardware wallet , which is more secure , for sure .

I have used MEW for 2 years. It's a good online wallet to store ETH and ERC-20 Tokens. Nothing to blame
Yes, My Ether Wallet is good. very easy-to-use interface. Sometimes I would use metamask as well, its not bad too.
I do and I have ben using it for like half a year now, and I'm satisfied with the quality.

I use myetherwallet for it is mostly suggested for most altcoins today. I just dont use MetaMask because its a hot wallet and hot wallet is still hot wallet. It may be hacked or something similar. So I do the transaction on a live boot ubuntu OS.
Myetherwallet is a wallet where you can manage your own private keys, and it ERC20 compatible. You can store any token that's ERC20 and use one private key to manage them. So using myetherwallet you are in control of your funds. If you loss the key, you loss your funds, just simple.
It is very important to use myetherwallet for a frelancer. Because the payment of various online job's sent to this account & the frelancers use it.
I use MEW everything works pretty well and I like everything, of course there are reports that people are hacking, but I think that no platform or purse or anything else is 100% protected, in any case there is a human fact that can break everything.
Im using myetherwallet for storing my token and transferring ethereum,and tokens, this is the most secured wallet for me, because you are the one who hold you're private key, but you must to be careful, back up you're private key on a safe place or print it on a paper wallet.

Hi I'm using myetherwallet too everyday and I'm not having problem on it. I suggest you should back up all your details on there especially your private key and please protect your private key don't give it to anyone.
I am using myetherwallet.com. It is a good platform that you can actually store all kinds of coins. It is easy to use and access with. A very friendly features and easy to understand. My ether wallet also is the main wallet that bounty hunters used because most of the project use ether as their rewarding wallet.

myetherwallet is the best of free wallet online. but be ware of pishing site of myetherwallet.

I also use Mew, it's convenient that the Airdrop and Bounty program tokens are all in one place, the personal cabinet is not very convenient for me and would be nice to put additional security
