I am looking for a new wallet and this thread has convinced me that I should be looking at My Ether Wallet.
I have been using myetherwallet for a year and more now. I would say that it is one of the most helpful and user friendly wallet out there. I'm not a type of person who is techy, that's why I find it a bit confusing every time I use a different wallet. So, for me, myetherwallet is still the best.

Well I do use it...not only in ethereum transaction but also the many tokens these days also.. myetherwallet is best for that purpose...I think I use it more than any bitcoin wallet
