It is usually all the times the USA to strike first, but not without having first staged a false flag attack.
Putin is insane and puts all Russia into insanity. And unlike North Korea, Putin acts (the capture of the Crimea, an attempt to seize Donbass in Ukraine). And in their TV news a mad TV presenter threatened to turn the US into radioactive ash.
The US will never strike the first blow. They can provoke to then start military action against someone
With the developing scenario in this world, we could aspect a full fledged war which we haven't seen for some decades.

I'm pretty sure the USA will start it, and maybe they already did. But the thing with the US is (if you subscribe to the conspiracies) is that it will look like they're the victim and blurt it out to the media then after getting sympathy from their allies and the whole world they will send in the cavalry and bring down the hammer until the US gets what they want. Leaving the soldiers dead on both side and the pockets of politicians a bit more fatter
At this stage , i don't think that will be any strikes. Because technologies nowadays have brought USA in a higher position. They are almost everywhere in the world and they are also not loosing their power. And i also wish that this will not happen.
If there is going to be a physical confrontation, then I am 99.9% sure that it will be Donald Trump who is going to start it. Anyway, I am thankful to god that Hillary was defeated in 2016. Else, a third world war would have been started already.

I think no-one. North Korea is probably bluffing that they will actually use nuclear weapons to gain leverage in negotiations. They get global attention, and are less likely to be overthrown in the process.
I doubt the North Koreans will initiate any attacks on the USA, and there is no way that Trump will attack first, Even though he wants the Kin Jong Un out he will not start this and kill North Korean civilians will be casualties of the war, He seems to care more about them than their own President.

USA us not falling power, where did you get that from? They are every where. They still are doing many bad things across the world and with their actions they provoke others. Syria, Ukraine that seems like US wish to be all around Russia, that is a clear provocation!

It is going to be USA. If they say that they don't want to tolerate N.Korea as nuclear power, they will make it somehow that N.Korea is not nuclear power. Yes they have nukes, and ballistic missiles, but it is not modern technology. It is unclear if they ICBM's are reliable. I expect soon that they attack them to stop N.Korea from becoming fully nuclear and ballistic power.
I see US provoking NK to firing the first missile. US will just stand prepared on the side and provoke the NK and we know that NK is capable of being provoked quite easily and with NK provoked into attacking first, US will have justification in the peoples eyes to return the fire full force.

The first will not start a nuclear war no one. Conventional war too, no one wants to start. Trump has no support in the community, and that means he will not dare to action. Most likely the war will be limited to economic methods and information technology.

I don't think it would lead to a world war if north korea strikes first. Even their staunch ally china hasn't approved of all their missile tests that seem to be a taunt to the west. If north korea mives first, they're pretty much alone and would be easily defeated.

I really don't know who is telling the truth because we all know that USA is so used to in making up stories so that they will become the face of telling the truth even though North Korea is the one initiating it because maybe USA is using media to show case that North Korea is bombing Guam, who knows. But if this all news is true I think North Korea will be the one to first move because USA is only at a defensive mode.
