I don't like KYC because I don't know how to use my data. and I think this procedure is pointless because it's easy to provide fake data.

Definitely my personal data is so dear to me to fly it out on the open is really risky to be presides. As far as one do Report his or her proof of work that alone should be ok.

KYC is something that most bounty members do not want, and I think that's not really necessary. Because the bounty only accounts for about 5% of the Total Supply Token, it does not affect the ICO. KYC will be needed with the people who invest money in the project.

Because most of us do not want our identity to be known. It defeats the purpose that is anonymity. But unfortunately many projects are now implementing this because it has been made a requirement by authorities in some areas. No KYC, No ICO. So these projects have no choice really but to comply.

It's not only a matter of anonymity. Giving documents to others can be risky as there is no regulation. There is no one guarantee its safety.

A lot of bounty hunters ask the bounty manager and the team of the project if kyc needed or not.
Why they ask about that?
Do you think it is good for projects and for bounty hunters to implement KYC.
What is the advantage of KYC for both.
I like to know from all and thank you in advance.

I my self I don't really like KYC on projects that has bounties in them not all can be 100% sure to be true not with all hard work one will implement to grow up the project at the later end they disappoint you.

Because KYC stands for Know Your Customer and the bounty hunter is NOT a customer.  He did NOT enter money that can be 'whitewashed' so there is no reason to do a KYC.

The bounty hunters doesnt want to expose their identities so thats why they ask it.

They arent willing to trade in their IDs for a token that doesnt have an assurance if it will be worth it someday.

There is  lot of possibility why the bounty hunter didn't like KYC. Because most of them did not use for sure they alt account because once they have same information that they upload or give they will be caught and possible to get nothing other reason also because if they security for they self.

Just no one wants to send their documents to just anyone. The project can announce the KYC procedure at any time and it turns out that bounty hunters who do not want to pass it remain without earned coins, so they will immediately find out whether this procedure is necessary or not.

Of course, it is possible to understand the participants of the bounty who do not want to undergo KYC, since they simply do not want to give their personal data or they simply do not have the opportunity to provide this data for technical reasons. Many opinions are connected with KYC and it’s hard to say who is right and who is not. KYC is needed to verify identity. First of all, this is protection against fake participants, this is when one person creates multiple accounts for participation. Further, there are nuances in the legal field. When organizations commit the creators of ico to collect data on those who invest in ico or receive profits from it. It already depends on the laws of the country in which ico is registered or conducted. But of course there are cases when due to KYC administrators are trying to reduce the number of payments to members of the bounty or even to make sure that no one gets anything. Unfortunately here we can do nothing.

Some Bounty hunters fear KYC because they use too many accounts in one campaign and they do too many campaigns so they do not have time to track information when KYC and when it ends. ... things that interfere with them so they do not want to participate.

Because some of those bounty was requirement KYC but nothing happens just like what I've  experience that they required KYC but at the end we know that bounty was scam so that now we are worrying that those bounty who requiring KYC if scam or not. Sometimes KYC is important and required but not all bounty was legit because some of them was scam and using your information for something.

Because even most of them have filled KYC requirements and they can get nothing as per the result of their works.  In fact that KYC needs a lot of requirements and sometimes there was a chance to the project that they have already participated to become a scam project and this will put their data on the risk.

This is also my opinion it's not worth to go into KYC if you are only going to get a few dollars it's not worth it, we can all check that some ICO that implemented KYC is not around anymore, so where will you ask where is your data going because they are not around anymore.

Yes, KYC is used to avoid fraud, and is very beneficial for developers and teams, so they can ensure a real identity, and not a criminality.

but, on the other side, KYC is privacy, it doesn't matter if KYC only uses card identity.

Many understand or believes that such is nothing but a way of taking people's personal details and information which is expected to be personal and of private use to be precise. Absolutely, the bounty hunter task is not an easy task as a matter of fact. Someone must not be deprived of the casual daily job.
