Because more and more people understand that little-known altcoins are a pretty bad investment, because most of these coins are not backed up
any body know the reason for current drop?
Not all altcoin down because there are much other good and promising altcoin, it is now altcoin down but you can invest in Ethereum or bitcoin with long-term, do not sell your altcoin because altcoin falls together with bitcoin
Thats is normal cycle of cryptocoins market, from that i read before on forum around january it's really usually going down.
All coins are dropping because of red markets have red light now and bitcoin dumping so much by whale and big traders , until they decide that we need going up nothing will change.
I think of the main reason why coins are decreasing because the price of the bitcoin decreasing so that's why the price of the coins decreasing because most of them are base to bitcoin price but if the of the bitcoin decreasing it will decrease also not same what bitcoin price decrease it will decrease a little only. The other reason also why the altcoins decreasing more it's because if they see the price decrease thry will be pani so that's why they sell their altcoins even they lose some of their capital which means is wrong. I hope no one can panic selling so the rice of the coins will continue to increase in the future and for sure we benefits from this..
Because people are selling their coins, the market price always occur to supply and demand. And why people are selling, sometimes it happen because of bad news such like banning a crypto in some nations.
All the money is taking the opportunity to pass on the increase. it 's impossible for something to go on all the time. it is certain that there will be decreases in the meantime. catching up with the problem. 
From the point of view of TA this is simple correction which is natural for any assets in the world. And according FA this is manipulation by whales. I am absolutely sure that, we will see new maximum of bitcoin price and other altcoins in the second half of this year.
Maybe there are events that triggered this to happen to almost all cryptos in the cryptoworld as market looks so bloody all day long. I think the war of France government against crypto and banning of crypto markets in South Korea are one of the reasons why this all happened.
Everything is tied to our big boss. Most importantly, why is bitcoin falling? I think that this is the most important question that should be asked, I can not yet answer this question, because it seems to me that such a question requires a large-scale view.
It could be connected with the fact that China and the South Korea want to regulate the cryptomarket
Alt coin depends a lot on the price of bitcoin. The market is currently down and standing still. I think it is only one price adjustment after a few months of sharp increase. In the next few months, the market will grow again
All coins are Drop because they do not have enough experience in comparison with the giants. Although even the giants are Drop . But the giants behind them have a huge capitalization.
The price of Altcoins directly follows Bitcoin, and Bitcoin is falling. I guess, one of the reasons is current situation in Korea and China. It probably scare investors.
Altcoin prices are currently falling due to total market assets crypto also is declining drastically. So it is reasonable if the bitcoin and other altcoin also affected. Bitcoin and altcoin are still related in the sense that if the bitcoin price decreases, the altcoin price also decreases.
Fell together with the main coins as the main coins will come to a normal state and a good price and other coins will be tightened
I think it's because of the bitcoin is not stable since last 2,3 months so most people selling their altcoins, so the price of bitcoin and the altcoins droping rapidly.
Because here everything is interconnected and if a few coins fall sharply the other waiting for the same fate in my opinion
any body know the reason for current drop?
This is natural process of going down in these days. What I mean by this is straight and simple, they are dropping due to various market corrections as well as few of the bans that incurred last week. This includes Korean exchangers going down. This is fact that Korea had largest volume of bitcoin and due to sudden crash of the exchanger everything was settled to down as lots of panic sells happened and the effect of which can be clearly seen on the market.
Adding to this I have also noticed that bitcoin went down last year at the same months and again came back sooner than we could have thought about it. So yeah it’s completely natural and we don’t have to worry much about it.
Well, bitcoin is very volatile and its normal drop or goes up again. In this time, the bearish market make the crypto is not in normal condition where the coin drop and continue drop.
There are many reason regarding this bearish. First of course news, news has very big affect to every market including bitcoin. After bad news launched, the investor or trader will normally panic and sell their coin because they dont want to loss more and more.
The only concern this time is, how long it will take for the whole market to come back up. Patience...
