As an American, I find many of the responses from Europeans etc. here quite accurate.
But let's turn this thread around a bit, shall we?
If you are European or Asian, and believe that your citizens are fairly skinny and/or in good health compared to most Americans, tell us why:
1. Do people not eat fast food in your country?
2. What is a typical day look like for food/drink consumption? What types of food do your people eat and drink daily? And from where?
3. Do they regularly get exercise, and if so, how?
4. What role does alcohol consumption play in your daily lives, and how much?
5. What types of food advertising (if any) are in your country?
6. Do food corporations push food types in your country?
Asian here. Before answering, I'm gonna out right mention that Asian might not be fat but their diet are also bad.
- Lacks of sanitization in wet market brings stomach virus and disease.

- Fail FDA due to bribes.
No race are perfect as for healthy diet.
